Pretty 2P of 31 m2 redone and equipped to new in June 2015. Small very clear room with bed 160, living room with comfortable sofa bed 160, TV, DVD, wifi. Well equipped kitchen area, dining area. SDB with bath, toilet, washing machine. Flowered terrace with table and 4 chairs, facing south without direct vis-à-vis. Quiet street and nice neighborhood, 300 m from the beach and 500 m from the pine forest and the center of Juan les Pins. All shops, public transport, station, restaurants nearby. Air conditioning, Wifi and new linen provided. Housekeeping included. No garage but free parking in the street.

A fantastic stay

This place really lived up to expectations with its location and standard. The apartment was perfect for a one week stay and had all you wanted including two aircons and a lovely balcony. But without the warm welcoming from Umberto we would most likely not rated it as high as we finally did. From day one we had excellent contact and he made sure to guide us with connections from Nice and finally to meet us at the station in Juan les Pins. Great apartment. Very well equiped, had everything you could possibly need. Comfy bed, good shower. Short stroll to the beach and restaurants and shops close by. Good location. Good welcome from Umberto, he was on hand if we needed him. Enjoyed our stay.

What's not to like?

Umberto made a great effort to make everything as easy and smooth for us as possible. Everything from making a complete description to how to arrive from the airport to help me find a crutch. The apartment got all you need and more!

Tout est conforme à l'annonce , l'appartement est impeccable , très bien équipé, la literie est de qualité. Le linge de maison étant fourni, nous avons pu voyager léger. Ottimo appartamento vicino al centro e spiagge

L' appartamento è posizionato a 10 minuti a piedi sia dal centro di Juan Les Pins che dalle spiagge ( non abbiamo mai avuto necessità di usare l'auto !) , in una zona tranquilla e ben servita con negozi e supermercati. E' un bilocale ampio ( con anche un comodo ripostiglio), ben arredato con TUTTO dentro ; molto valido anche il terrazzo dove si può tranquillamente mangiare i pasti . Sistemazione ideale per noi ( 2 adulti + 1 bimbo, ) . In aggiunta , il proprietario è una persona squisita, molto disponibile ed attento ( ti fa trovare il necessario per il tuo soggiorno, le guide turistiche del posto , ti dà suggerimenti per trascorrere un piacevole soggiorno , ecc. , c'era persino una bottiglia di vino in fresco ... e altro ). Difficile chiedere di più. Vivamente consigliato .

Umberto le propriétaire est d'une gentillesse extrême , tres arrangeant et sympathique . L'appartement est tres bien placé au pied des commerces et à 5 min à pied de la plage et du centre ville ! La clim est appréciable et le confort au RDV ! Des boissons fraîches nous attendaient même au réfrigérateur ! Bref je recommande ce logement

Lovely apartment

We had a great stay in this fresh, stylish and comfortable apartment. Umberto made a feel very welcome and had thought of everything to make our stay as enjoyable as possible. The apartment is in an ideal location, situated in a quiet street; yet only a short walk to the beach, restaurants and all amenities. With its pretty vine-woven balcony - we're looking forward to coming back!

I am student from Croatia and I stayed in this beautiful apartment for 6 months. It is new with nice modern design and so comfortable that I felt like home from the first day. Apartment is very well equipped. Kitchen has more stuff than I could imagine (in example you can have coffee from mocca, filter machine or nespresso machine!!!). Also the rooms have pillows, sheets, towels... everything you can possibly need (and more) is there. Street is quiet, and view and sun on the balcony are irreplaceable. Beach, shops and bus and train stop are in few minutes walking distance so everything you need is there. Laurence and Umberto are BEST HOSTS EVER and they are available every day to help with whatever you need. I could write an essay about my great experience staying in this apartment for 6 months and I would definitely recommend it for long and short staying. Can't wait to be back there in summer!
