The property was not high end as advertised, linens etc being low quality and nothing matched. That was the same with dishes, silverware etc, and the pots and pans truly looked like they were purchased many years ago. Our biggest disappointment was the main floor "bedroom". It is tiny to say the least, and very difficult to manoeuvre around getting in and out. When we stripped the bed to wash the linens, we found that the mattress was horribly stained with bodily fluids. To the credit of the property manager, it was replaced with an Endy mattress or similar very quickly, but the experience left me feeling sick. The upper area referred to is accessed by what is essentially a ladder, without proper stair railings, and felt very unsafe. We didn't use it.

Thank you for your review Judy. We sincerely apologize your experience did not meet your expectations. Though we do specialize in high-end luxury accommodations, we also feature many other property styles. This space is advertised as a funky-contemporary-style loft accommodation and is true to its description and has seen many satisfied guests. We pride ourselves on our service and always strive to address any areas of concern from our guests. We have since addressed all of the kitchen area deficiencies you described and as you mentioned, immediately rectified the issue with the mattress as soon as it was brought to our attention. This particular deficiency was unacceptable and was definitely not a representation of the level of our quality control standards. We thank you for choosing to stay with us and we sincerely hope you will consider staying with us again in the future.
