Beautiful views of West Lake Okoboji! The Stella Cottage is a 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom cottage located in the heart of Okoboji. 5 minutes to the public beach, The Emporium, The Green Space, Arnolds Park, and downtown bars and restaurants. Bedroom one has one queen bed, bedroom two has one queen bed and set of twin bunkbeds. The living room has dining table, a large sectional couch, leather chair and tv and a roll away twin bed. The cottage has A/C in all bedrooms. The cottage also has a kitchen with full size fridge, two burner hot plate, microwave, griddle, toaster, outdoor gas grill, coffee maker, pots and pans and dishes/utensils, paper towels, garbage bags, dish soap and dish rags all provided. Shower towels and linens are also provided. Large deck with chairs overlooking West Lake. Bathroom with toilet, sink, shower, and mirror. We are located in all the action just across the street from public dock access to West Lake Okoboji and fun things to do all within walking distance.

My vaca stay

The cottage is overall good. Great location. Nice deck and grill. The beds are good. Really the only downside of the place is the bathroom. I have never seen a sink that tiny. The shower has such poor water pressure that it forever to rinse my hair.

Great Location

The location is great! The cabin itself was older and has a few issues, but it was great for a what we needed. The Internet wouldn't connect to the tv and there is no cable or satellite, so essentially you couldn't watch any television. The shower water pressure was VERY low, so it was hard to rinse after you washed. Overall, it's a great central location for the Arnold's Parks area.

We weren't able to park near the cabin when we got there Friday night. The light was burned out for the outside light. There were bugs in the bathroom. The sheets on the beds looked like they hadn't been changed in months. It was a disappointment for what was an emotional weekend for our family. Our mom had been a vendor at the Clay County Fair for over 10 years and had passed away at Christmas. This was our final time coming to the fair and was already an emotional time, this didn't help

Had a great time at this location! I think the owners thought of everything before going VRBO. We had everything from extra towels, charging station to Cookies Seasoning in the kitchen. Very convenient with a great location! 😁

This little cabin is great! Three bedrooms and plenty of space for everyone. Amazing location in Arnold's Park. Owners are very responsive and manage the property very well. I certainly recommend staying here and plan to stay here again!

Unacceptable

Unacceptable for the ridiculous price. The first thing we did was wipe down cobwebs. No television except Netflix (no local news stations etc). Paid for four nights. One couple stayed only two nites. Second couple stayed three nights. Possum IN CABIN roamed throughout the nite. Way too dangerous.

We are absolutely obsessed with keeping our cottages clean not sure where you would have found cobwebs. Secondly we do not advertise that we provide cable tv as most people spend most of their time outdoors. We do provide free WiFi and Netflix. We did come immediately and help you turn on the Netflix that is free on the smart tvs when you couldn’t figure out how to turn it on. We were in communication with you the entire time and you stated you were having a great time and that you did not need anything else for your stay. We are completely confused with your review. Wish you would have reached out to us.

Cute, cozy, clean little cabin. It worked great for 5 of us to stay while attending a wedding. We weren't there very much but the beds were comfortable enough with newer sheets and comforters. The location was excellent, close to everything.
