We had an amazing time and really enjoyed our stay at the villa. Magdalena is very friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with any issues or questions. The house was clean, well-maintained, and very comfortable. We would happily stay here again.

Fantastic Stay

This was our second time staying at this villa and it is perfect in every way. Great location for restaurants, the beach and the supermarket. Perfect sized pool for smaller children. Great outdoor space and good sized bedrooms and a bathroom per room. We plan to visit again next year!

Great family holiday

Super equipped villa a real home from home everything you could need provided. Location a quiet residential area transport links ok taxis fairly reasonable bus easy to use tap in & out very cheap supermarket 2 mins walk great value and choice. Lots of restaurants within a 20 min walk Lovely beach and promenade and some really great restaurants just past the port/marina.

Superb Villa!

Fabulous villa and an even more fabulous owner! Magdalena couldn’t do enough to make our stay perfect. Would highly recommend the villa to anybody. It’s spotlessly clean and has everything you need to make your holiday special.

Great family getaway

Very good location, beach 10 minute walk, good choices of places to eat. Really enjoyed the garden, bbq, pool and table tennis Magdalena met us on arrival and very friendly and helpful. We were very impressed how a number of useful and thoughtful items were available on our arrival. Magdalena was also helpful in providing restaurant recommendations. Overall a really enjoyable 3 generation family holiday!!

Excellent stay

Great stay - 4 good sized bedrooms each with its own bathroom ideal for our group. Great location and walking distance to supermarkets, beach, shops, restaurant and local bus stop. Pool perfect for a dip and outside space great for chilling or eating under the canopy. Great host who communicated well with us and allowed us a little later time to check out. Thank you Magdalena.

Great property and a great owner.

This is a lovely clean property and well located. It had everything my family of five needed and we had our best holiday yet. Magdalena is a wonderfully friendly owner, and it she was so helpful and attentive. Can Picafort is a great location for young families, with lots of beautiful locations (beach and inland) nearby. I would highly recommend it to anybody.

Magdalena is the best host I ever had. The house is perfect for family with 4 big bedroom and a very nice outside with the swimming pool. The house is near all you need supermarket, beach, restaurant, activity. It was a perfect holidays in this house. Thank you for all.

First class!

We have just returned from a week’s stay at the property and everything about our stay was first class. Magdalena met us on arrival and gave us a tour of the property and also provided info on the local area and recommended restaurants etc. Our teenagers loved having their own bedrooms and bathrooms. Absolutely recommend and we hope to return.

Our host Magdalena was incredibly helpful. We arrived in the evening and the grocery stores were closed, so she had gone shopping for us and bought food for the morning. She had also already figured out which restaurants were open when we arrived, so it was easy for us to go straight to eat. The location of the house is good, even though it is not right in the center of Ca'n Picafort. There are a few good grocery stores nearby and it is a short walk to every where. It took about 5-7 minutes to the beach and city center. The swimming pool was pleasantly warm even in October.

Relaxing and comfortable

The property is well situated in a quiet neighbourhood. Easy walking distance to the beach and local shops. A clean and well presented large vila with air con throughout. Lovely pool and outside area. Great for bbqs in the evening. Magdalana was a very friendly and helpful host. Welcoming and happy to help us with any questions before and during our stay.

Very nice house

We spent two weeks in villa Safina and the house is really nice. The house is very clean and there was everything we needed. We often cooked ourselves and although the kitchen is not large, there was everything we needed for cooking for 8 people. Everything in the house works perfectly and Magdalene is very nice and helpful. The house is very centrally located - close to the sea, restaurants and a large supermarket. We would very much like to return to the house again.

Lovely villa....

The lovely Magdalena was the perfect host. Answered all our questions promptly and couldn't have been more helpful. Even arranged a lunch booking on our first day. The villa was everything we wanted it to be for a family holiday with 6 adults and our grandson (16 months). Magdalena provided us with a cot, bath and high chair; all very good quality and brought us round a delicious Ensaimada mid week! The villa is very close to an excellent supermarket which meant we did not need a car and the beach was a short walk away. Would not hesitate to recommend!

Absolute fabulous stay

Thank you so much to Magdalena. We flew in late so pizzas were ordered for us. The location was perfect for us and teenagers, we could all walk in to town. Nice restaurants and things to do within walking distance. Can Gavella restaurant is amazing! The supermarket is so close which was fantastic. The villa suited our family. Clean, enough space and each room having its on bathroom! The pool is small but in no way affected our time there. Everything is provided and Magdalena will go out of her to help you or give advice. Thank you for a fabulous stay xx

Brilliant Villa

This was the perfect villa for our group - we travelled as 2 families with 4 children aged 5-7. Communication with Magdelena before travel was great and check in was really smooth - the on arrival kit kats for the children was just what was needed! The villa is clean with everything you could need. A really lovely touch that things like oil, salt, washing up liquid, washing powder are all there for use. The pool is a great size for younger children as they can be in on their own safely. The location just a short and pleasant walk from the main restaurants and beach was great and the proxmity to the Mercadona was great too. We had a fabulous time and hope to be back again!

Great place for a family holiday

I took my elderly parents, my 2 sons and their partners to the villa and it was just perfect for us! 3 bedrooms on the ground floor, one upstairs. All were ensuite which was just what we needed to keep some privacy. The villa was clean, kitchen had everything we needed, lounge comfortable. Outside there was a small swimming pool (perfect to cool off in), sunbeds and a table tennis table. We also made use of the BBQ a couple of times. The villa is in a quiet area but only 2 minutes to the supermarket and 5 minutes to the beach. Lots of bars and restaurants to choose from too. On top of that Magdalena, the owner, was lovely and really helpful. I thoroughly recommend and hope to go back again

Villa was perfect for our needs. 4 bedrooms with 4 bathrooms. Pool area great with table tennis and barbecue. We needed another sunbed which Magdalena was very quick to replace and the sink in one of the bathrooms leaking but again this was attended to straight away. Magdalena was the perfect host and easily contacted throughout the whole booking process and whilst we were in Can Picafort. The villa is situated close to all the amenities and approximately 10 mins walk to the beach. Kitchen well equipped with all crockery and utensils required. Light, airy and clean. Thank you to Magdalena for a fantastic holiday

Excellent villa

We were a family group of 7 aged from 7 to 70. After a delayed arrival, it was lovely to find a starter pack in the kitchen and even sweets on the kids pillows. The villa was spotlessly clean, well presented and well equipped with items not normally provided in self-catering such as cleaning products and toiletries. Magdalena, the host, was very welcoming and accommodating. The pool was ideal for our young children although the shallow end was 1.2m deep. It was well located for shops and transport and about 1/2 mile from the beachfront. The downsides were minor: very little food storage in the kitchen; lack of drawer space in the bedrooms; no full length mirror. We would definitely recommend for a relaxing family holiday.

Amazing Host

We just want to let everyone know that Magdalena is such an amazing host, who goes above and beyond what you would expect. Even before we left the country to go on our holiday, I was able to communicate with her and she was so helpful and supportive. When we arrived she had supplied us with everything we could possibly need in the villa before we could get to the supermarket - wine, beer, water, breakfast items. We were ‘blown away’. She continued to be helpful and supportive, with booking us a taxi and recommendations for dinner, helping us arrange hiring a boat for the day, advice on where to go with medical concerns. I would highly recommend this property. It was a great location for heading down to the beach every evening for dinner and cocktails. The supermarket is 5 mins away. Very convenient.

Magdalena was brilliant and attended immediately to our requests. She provided us lots of information on places that we could visit. Unfortunately, the weather was against us, cold and rainy! But did manage to explore some of nearby sites. The villa is well equiped with bathroom attached to each bedroom is a real plus point, especially as we were a group of 8. Enjoyed our short stay at the villa and would have been brilliant if we were able to make use of the small swimming pool and outside amenities. The villa is bright with lot's of daylight and very clean. Definitely recommend to anyone and we were proud to keep up with the high standard of cleanliness in the villa. The only downside we experienced is the lack of hot water if more than 3 people want to have a shower at the same time. Hot water tank takes a long time to heat up otherwise very good overall.
