Well know for its Surfing, it is one of the best places to surf in New England. Go to Summer Sessions Surf Shop up the street, where you can rent surfboards and get lessons. The beach has Brand new public restrooms. Fantastic restaurant up the street The Carriage House( 5 star). take a walk by Eel Pond or the sprawling mansions along route 1A. 8 minute drive to Play golf at Sagamore Golf, Inc. play on a sunday, there is NO TRAFFIC to get in and out of this beach locally. Take the family to Water Country or the Seacoast Science Center, 8 minute drive as well. This home is in a quiet neighborhood, if you are looking for action you can always take a ride to Hampton Beach, New Hampshire Portsmouth, New Hampshire or Kittery Trading Post. Go whale watching, charter fishing, or pick up some fresh lobsters at Rye Harbor NH. Or you can just relax on the hammock in the back yard and read a book. There is a toy box, baby gates, beach chairs, boogie boards available to you as well. Dont forgot Some of the best seafood at Petey's Summertime Seafood & Bar!!!!

walk to the beach, walk dog on beach after 6 pm and before 8 a.m. summer time bring dog to beach anytime!!! quiet neighborhood, access to golf, restaraunts and traffic!!! minumal light pollution for star military aircraft fly into pease air force base...SEA BREEZE!!!!
