Your Home Base for the Little Red River, Trout Fishing & Greers Ferry Lake

Holder Hideaway located adjacent to Swinging Bridge Access to the Little Red River in Heber Springs, Arkansas continues to offer travelers top notch location and amenities at "bargain-buy" prices! Our two-story cabin provides guests three bedrooms and two full bathrooms capable of comfortably sleeping 8-10 people. Located just steps away from the famous Little Red River, guests can enjoy their morning coffee on the outdoor patio while recapping your previous day's catch of trout! Looking to roast some hot dogs and s'mores? Try out our fire pit in the side yard! You can also easily access all the fishing, swimming and boating fun of the 40,000+ acre Greers' Ferry Lake at the Dam Site Recreation Site which is only a short 3.5 mile drive away. The lake also has several other public boat ramps and a marina.

The outside of Holder Hideaway is cedar siding with a red metal roof. There is one car parking pad with extra parking spaces in the garage. If you plan on bringing a boat and trailer, we have a long 2-vehicle parking pad to the side of the house. If there are other vehicles, be sure to park them at the public parking access across Swinging Bridge Drive from the ColdWater Grill (maps and pictures can be provided by request).

Holder Hideaway's downstairs offers a living room, kitchen with long bar, dining area, master bedroom and a full bath with spa tub. Washer and dryer are also located on the first floor. Venture upstairs to an open loft with TV and game table. Also upstairs are two more bedrooms, one having a Queen and Bunk Beds, and a full bath with spa tub.

Bathrooms and kitchen are newly remodeled and all bedrooms have very comfortable mattresses!

Whether you are visiting to swim, trout fish, boat or explore, Holder Hideaway is YOUR front door to beautiful Heber Springs, Arkansas!

We cooked out and enjoyed patio. The young kids had bunk beds. The house worked great with two girls ages 7 and 10. 2 full bathrooms helped with 6 adults. Just great places and location. We would rent it again

Weekend in Heber Springs

Thank you so much for a wonderful weekend. Your cabin is so clean, comfortable, and nicely decorated. Everything we needed was provided. With the river in walking distance and the lake just a short drive away we were able to enjoy the outdoors when we weren't enjoying the indoors. We will be back!

2024 Eclipse - Fabulous Family Fun

We stayed at Holder Hideaway for an awesome trip to see the 2024 Solar Eclipse in totality. Words really cannot describe how great this trip turned out. The cabin was everything described and more! It was perfect for a family of eight, plus our precious beagle girl. The grandkids loved their big room and the upstairs loft area for playing games. Both adult bedrooms were great – super comfy bedding, and plenty of closet and drawer space. The neighborhood is quiet and very family friendly. We enjoyed shopping in the quaint town Heber Springs and hiked at Bridal Veil Falls and Sugarloaf Mountain. We even took a day trip (only two hours’ drive) to Hot Springs. The house was spotlessly clean, and the owner was very responsive. Bottom line: if you are looking at properties in the Heber Springs area, don’t look any further than Holder Hideaway. You will not be disappointed!!!

WISH WE HAD STAYED LONGER

I booked this home because it looked nice & the rates were outstanding. We were extremely happy with our stay. House had everything we needed & the two jetted tubs were awesome for relaxation & aching joints before bedtime. Great stuff in the kitchen for cooking and tons of extras for cooking too. House was in a great location. Close to our wedding venue and Bridal Veil Falls and Collins Creek. Both must sees if you love waterfalls. We arrived Friday and had to leave Sunday and I was so sad and wished I hadn't started a new job and had to return home to Texas so quickly. Wish we had had 2 more days to explore beautiful Heber Springs and enjoy nature and being around family. I would really love to book this little house again next spring and plan to come and stay longer. The property manager was so fast to respond to anything we needed. One of our best experiences yet with a rental home. Thank you for opening your home to us for our little get away. Patti & Dale Dominik & Family
