Modern penthouse located in sandy beachfront in Peniscola, resort between Barcelona and Valencia.

This penthouse with terrace of 50 m2 has a magnificent view of the sea. It is part of the Edificio Ambassador, secure residence with community pool and elevator. It is situated in a quiet location but close to shops and restaurants.
Penthouse ideal for families, young couples and retirees.

It has 2 bedrooms including a master suite with TV, 2 bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a laundry room with washing machine, living room with sofa bed, flat screen TV with French, German, Spanish, English ... (sat), wifi free of charge.

In order to enjoy the view, to share a meal or rest, the terrace is furnished with two adjustable reclining chairs, a table and chairs and two comfortable chairs.
The penthouse is air-conditioned or heated.

Secure private parking is available.
Bed linen and towels are included in the price and the cleaning will be done at end of stay.

Peniscola is the ideal place for a relaxing holiday, sporting, cultural and festive. If you do not want to use your car during your stay, a bus stop is nearby.
You can also take the beautiful promenade leading to the bustling heart of the old city and for this we offer you free 2 adult bikes.

We offer 2 apartments for rent in the Ambassador residence sea front, apartment on the first floor and a penthouse (penthouse) on the sixth floor. Both properties have stunning views of the sea and the beach of Peniscola.

Mi estancia bien, aunque un poco alejado de todo

Creo, que la casa es perfecta, pero la localización un poco lejos de todo, además de que la playa que está en frente tiene piedras y estaba un poco sucia. Pero, lo que es el piso, la atención, etc... todo perfecto

Nice place to stay for beach holydays

Needs some extra cleaning (especially sinks in bathroom, floor corners in rooms, pillows on the couch), some small items like cups/plates/glasses/cutting boards should be replaced due to cleavage or long usage. I would say it is side sea view apartment (you have another big house in front of you). You need to take a bus to go to city centre (1,25 EUR/person/one way). In general the best thing is you have a big beach in a few steps.

Magnifiques vacances !!!

L'appartement est superbe avec une vue magnifique sur la mer. Les équipements sont top, tout est fait pour que vous passiez d'excellentes vacances. Pablo et Nathalie sont toujours hyper sympas et disponibles ce qui rend l'expérience encore plus agréable. La plage est au pied de l'immeuble. C'est la deuxième fois que je le loue et vraiment j'adore !!!
