Traditional Single storey house in a quiet subdivision in Greater Bordeaux, 1 min from the ring road, 15 minutes from downtown Bordeaux, Arcachon 43 min, 4 min CREPS Talence and KEDGE school.
Ideal for moments with friends or family, or to enjoy the VINEXPO salons, Conforexpo or the International Fair of Bordeaux.
Located in the greenest town in Bordeaux Métropole, with more than 20 parks (one animal) and green spaces, on the pilgrimage route to Saint Jacques de Compostela.
At the heart of the Graves vineyards, visit the castle Poumey (Pessac Léognan) and the many other castles in the area.

Agréable séjour

Nous avons passé de très belles vacances dans cette maison, bien équipée et le coin est tranquille. Nous avons apprécié la terrasse extérieure, nous y avons mangé tous les jours même en temps de pluie.

Un vrai cocon

Séjour avec mon compagnon et mon fils, la propriétaire nous a réservé un accueil très sympathique, la maison est très agréable, fonctionnelle, décorée avec soin et goût, ce qui en fait un chaleureux cocon pour se reposer, tout ça, à une dizaines de minutes de Bordeaux

Monsieur et Madame Tabey ont passé un cours séjour chez moi afin de préparer le mariage de leur fils. J'ai été ravie de pouvoir les accueillir afin qu'ils se retrouvent avant le jour J. Au plaisir de les accueillir à nouveau.

Une maison très agréable

Nous étions 3 couples pour un week end sur Bordeaux, Béatrice nous à accueilli très chaleureusement avec une bonne humeur communicative et un sourire radieux, ça fait plaisir. On s'est tout de suite senti bien. La maison est très fonctionnelle, d'une propreté irréprochable, tout le confort, comme chez soi, et situé en proche banlieue de bordeaux, 15 minutes en voiture, environnement très calme. C'était l'idéal pour notre escapade bordelaise du week end, si je devais à nouveau avoir besoin de loger sur Bordeaux, je n'hésiterai pas un instant à recontacter Béatrice. merci encore.

Fantastic Stay, Very Clean, Great Location near Bordeaux, short drive to the Beaches - Loved it!

We stayed at Beatrice's house for one full week. This is one of the cleanest places we rented (and we travel a lot!) It has all the conveniences of home and truly felt like home away from home. It was a perfect size for us: 2 adults and 3 kids - everyone had a room, but common areas were also inviting and convenient. We especially enjoyed the back yard - perfect for morning coffee as well as a nice family dinner. The location was exactly what we needed, equally convenient for day trip to the beach (Cap Ferret, Lacanau), visiting Bordeaux (short and inexpensive tram ride) and touring wineries, castles, abbeys or medieval places (St Emilion, La Brede - just couple of my favorites). Pharmacy and supermarkets are near by. Everything was great! Beatrice, the owner is super sweet and extremely helpful. She provided us with maps and brochures that assisted with making our plans. We'll be happy to recommend this place to friends and family and hope to return back one day. Thank you so much for making our vacation wonderful experience!

Fort agréable location

Nous avons passé quelques jours dans la maison de Béatrice lors d'un grand évènement familial. Nous avons pu réunir notre famille grâce à la grandeur de la maison pourtant de plain pied. La maison rénovée est charmante et pratique à la fois, située dans un lotissement calme, avec un jardin agréable. Tout y était d'une grande propreté. Béatrice sait créer des liens avec ses locataires par son sourire et son amabilité. Seul regret : nous n'avons pas eu le temps de nous servir du Barbecue !! A recommander !

Un trés bon séjour dans une maison agréable...

Nous avons passé un trés bon séjour dans la jolie maison de Béatrice. Un excellent accueil et une maison propre et confortable. Rien ne manque, la maison est pratique et bien équipée. Elle se situe dans un lotissement trés calme. Nous avons bien profité de la terrasse pour nos repas au soleil du Bordelais. Béatrice nous laisse à disposition de nombreux bons plans de visites , balades et autres sorties. Nous penserons de nouveau à cette maison à l'occasion d'une autre escapade dans le Bordelais.
