Driveway holds 3 cars comfortably but can squeeze 4-5 cars.
Short and easy walk across street (about 100 yards) to beach access #25 (no public parking and no condos on this part of the beach so not crowded).
Adhering to the following best practices from COVID-19 cleaning guidelines:
- cleaning crew wears mask and gloves
- open door/windows to ventilate a bit
- clean surfaces (soap/water), then sanitize (chemicals like Lysol/bleach)
- empty all trash
- wash/dry linens and dishes at highest temps
- use one disposable wipe per surface to wipe all frequently touched surfaces like doorknobs and light switches, toilets, appliances, faucets, etc.
- no early check ins to maximize time between guests
