This was our second time at this location. We love the cabin and it has plenty of room. We were visited by bears several times but that was a plus. Will definitely stay here next time we come to the beautiful smokey mountains.

The view was awesome and the cabin was clean and a good fit for the group of 11 that we had. We did have bears over during the night but didn't get to actually see any like we hoped to but over all the cabin was very nice .

Perfect weekend in the Mountains!

We had an incredible time at the house. It was perfect! Very clean upon arrival, comfortable beds, and you feel like you are in a true log cabin! The views off the porch are INCREDIBLE! We loved the hot tub, easy access to downtown Gatlinburg and State Park.

Beautiful, well-appointed cabin

Really enjoyed our time in Tennessee and our stay in this beautiful cabin. Multiple bedrooms with bathrooms gave everyone plenty of space to spread out. Kitchen was better supplied than any other place we’ve ever stayed. The kids really enjoyed the hot tub and games downstairs. Would definitely stay here again!

Weekend Birthday Couples Getaway

Breath taking views, comfortable private quiet space! Kitchen stocked full of all of the essentials needed to prepare food. Everything was perfect, we even got an unexpected surprise visitor seeing a black bear up close and personal. Felt like home away from home! Would love to book again. The roads leading up to the cabin are steep be prepared in a well equipped vehicle.

Amazing mountain view!

The cabin is beautiful & well maintained, great house keeping, and well stocked kitchen. The dining room table only seats 8 comfortably, so it was a bummer that everyone couldn’t sit down to meals together (we had a family group of 11). It is a the top of a mountain, so 4-wheel drive would definitely be necessary in the winter months. It’s a bit of a drive to the National Park (35 min-an hour to some trails) but the view makes it an easy drive. Lots of places to eat or shop within a 30 min drive. The hot tub was perfect & well maintained. We didn’t get to see any bears on the property, but one of our cars was broken into by a bear (it literally opened the doors & left muddy paw prints on the doors & interior)! There was plenty of rodent activity, but I guess it’s assumed when you’re living in the woods. Overall, it was a beautiful place to stay with our family!

Family vacation

Perfect for a Multi family getaway. Plenty of beds and there was always hot water for showers. The view from the upper deck was amazing. We saw a mama bear and her cubs from a distance out the front door. There was no cell signal for us, so the wifi was important. Internet was spotty. Definitely pull up directions before you head out.

Excellent Vacation Cabin

Our family of 14 had an amazing time at Bear Paw Cabin. The views from the cabin are awesome and seeing 2 momma bears and 5 cubs was great. We didn't spend near enough time here, should have planned at least a week. Would definitely stay here again if we make it back to the Smoky Mountains.

As a kid my family made many trips to our chalet in the mountains. The view at this cabin is similar to the one I enjoyed as a kid. We want it to be part of your memories for years to come. This one like mine as a kid is really close to Gatlinburg.
