Appartment is a lovely, comfortable house [200m2] situated in a wonderful hilltop position,reached by a private road and surrounded by the hills and valleys of the Florentine countryside.
The house is composed by three apartments with private entrance and private terrace.
This is the ideal place to relax amidst peaceful countryside with a pleasant, large (more than 4.000 m2), fenced garden, well maintained, with barbecue, table tennis, a private car park within the grounds and a swimming pool (10x5 meters)set among olive groves.
