Located on beautiful Topsail Island, Munchkin’s House is a large 5-bedroom home with enough room to gather as a group or find your own space. Decorated in bright tropical colors you will feel your mood lift and your stress ebb.  Only 100 feet is the distance from the front door of Munchkin’s House to having your toes in the sand.

This family-oriented home has a reverse floor plan. The top floor has incredible views. The living room, dining room, and kitchen are all located on this floor as is one of the two master bedrooms. Sitting across the street from the beach you will see the gorgeous ocean, smell the salt air, and hear the tides on their constant journey. The living room has a couch and 3 comfy chairs perfect for everyone to gather to catch a movie on the Smart TV, just hang out, or maybe, if you find yourself alone grab a cat nap or curl up with a good book. There are 2 dining tables. Each table seats 4 and 4 additional stools at the kitchen counter.  There is access from the living room onto the deck where you can view the ocean. The kitchen is well-equipped for all your meal prep needs. The third-floor master bedroom has a queen size bed and access to the top floor deck. The full bathroom with a bathtub/ shower has dual access from the bedroom as well as from the area of the kitchen. 

The middle floor consists of 2 more guest bedrooms as well as another master. There are 2 bedrooms which each have 2 twin beds. These 2 rooms share the hallway bathroom with a bathtub/ shower. The master has a king-size bed and a large ensuite bathroom with a step-in shower and a separate jetted garden tub. Each bedroom has private access to the ocean-facing deck which connects by stairs to the deck above as well as the ground-level deck. The washer & dryer is conveniently located on this floor. 

The ground floor allows entry into the home. There is also a bedroom with a full-size bed, a love seat, and an ensuite bathroom with a step-in shower. This room has a door leading outside to the yard. There is an outside enclosed shower, beach chairs, umbrellas, and a gas grill. Sea Coast Rentals will not be held responsible for the condition of the beach chairs, umbrellas, and grill. Each guest is responsible for cleaning the grill and providing/ switching out the propane tank.  

Located only 3.2 miles from the center of Surf City, you are a 7-minute ride by car or a quick bike ride to the many unique shops and great restaurants that Topsail has to offer.  You will also find the close, convenient grocery stores (Food Lion, Neighborhood Wal-Mart, Publix) just over the bridge on the mainland. 

At the end of the street, there is a community boat ramp and a private boat slip. The slip can accommodate a 24-foot boat. 

Newly added for 2024: New puzzles and board games for quiet nights and Bocce Ball and Corn Hole for laid-back days. 

Due to land restrictions and limited parking only 3 vehicles are allowed. A boat would be included within the 3 allotted spaces. This is a family-friendly community. Large gatherings or parties of any type are strictly forbidden. 

Munchkin's House is a 5 bedroom, 4 bathroom that sleeps 10.

Top Floor:
• Master Bedroom 1 - queen, an ensuite bathroom that also has a connecting door to the kitchen

• Dining Table: Seating for 4 at the table, additional table with 4 seats

• Deck: Access from the living room 

Middle Floor:

* Master Bedroom: -  King, ensuite bathroom with shower and a separate jetted bathtub
* All bedrooms have access to the Ocean facing deck

Ground Floor:
• Guest Bedroom: Full bed, love seat, ensuite bathroom with step-in shower
• Storage room with beach chairs, umbrellas, and gas grill (the tenant is responsible for the condition of these loaned items)

• Parking for a maximum of 3 vehicles
• Please adhere to parking rules.

Other Things To Note:

Available for rent by the week during the summer months Saturday - Saturday. Monthly reservations during the off-season (mid-September to mid-May).

Rates Include Rent, Property Protection Fee, Booking Fee. Absolutely no events such as but not limited to weddings, sororities, fraternities, bachelor or bachelorette parties. NO Smoking. No pets allowed.

**Paper towels and toilet tissue, trash bags, soaps, detergents, minimal cleaning supplies, beach towels, and any specialty items are NOT provided and would need to be brought with you, or bought once you arrive on the island.

Enhanced Cleaning: We follow CDC cleaning guidelines and ensure all high-touched areas have been wiped down with disinfectant spray.

Guest Access: Keyless Entry. Our properties are individually owned, and our guests will have use of the entire property!

Summer Check-ins Topsail Beach - Check- Ins may go directly to their property after 4:00 PM

Off-Season Check-ins: Topsail Beach - Check- Ins may go directly to their property after 3:00 PM

Check Out: Is 10:00 AM. We adhere to this policy so please do not arrive early or plan to delay your departure.
