55m2 on one level and 200m2 of private garden.
Wooded land. Plancha, garden shed and 2 bikes available. Private parking. No wifi.
Ocean 5 min away with direct access by cycle path through the golf course.
Free beach shuttles at the entrance of the residence with "Yego" buses
Free access to the swimming pool of the residence (from 15/06 to 15/09).
All shops at 5 minutes.

NON-CASHED DEPOSIT: € 800 returned within 8 days.

Excellent séjour. Belle maison à proximité de toutes les commodités (1 km) et de l'océan (1,5 km). Piscine dans le lotissement, type village de vacances. Tout le confort est réunis. Gîte propre, accessible, bien fait avec jardin qui donne un accès direct à la forêt et aux sentiers.

Maison agréable, extérieur très bien aménagé et endroit très calme. Mais quelques améliorations à apporter : Coin évier cuisine sombre, une étagère à enlever car dangereuse, odeur de moisi dans la cuisine en provenance du lave linge, pas de télécommande pour la télévision et le point le plus négatif est la literie couverte de taches jaunes et de moisissures. Ce qui explique l’étoile en moins.

Nous avons passés une très bonne semaine dans cette location bien équipée et conforme à la description. Le soleil étant présent nous avons pu profités de l'agréable terrasse.

Le lieu est sympathique, et la maison sous les pins est dans un cadre agréable. les 3 vélos sont appréciables car il y les pistes dés le fond du jardin, et l'on peut aller chercher son pain en bicyclette en 10 minutes le matin. Un supermarché est proche en 5 minutes en voiture. l'accrobranche est juste derriére pour les ados c'est bien. Pour aller à la plage il faut prévoir la voiture quand même, pour transporter le nécessaire, mais le parking-plage centrale est à 5 minutes. Il est grand et proche des petites boutiques et restaurants. On peut aussi aller en vélo au courant d'Huchet à 10 minutes. Nos ados ont apprécié le séjour et nous aussi.

L'accueil a été chaleureux. Les propriétaires sont réactifs si besoin. Le terrain est très appréciable. Je recommande.
