Great stay, off the beaten path, but not far from main road, restaurant's, etc. Cabin clean, quiet, quaint, cozy and was decorated so cute for the holidays. Definitely recommend staying here.
This cabin/home was just as advertised. Decorated in cabin style and very clean. When I reached out to the manager about a question just after checking in, she was immediately available, friendly and very helpful. I would stay here again without question!
Nice cabin in good location. Decor was perfect for cabin in the mountains. Kitchen and appliances worked well. Water in showers never got warm enough. Floor in walk in shower was very slippery. Would suggest an anti-slip mat in showers. Toilets could be upgraded to comfort height. Overall, a pleasant stay.
Everything was absolutely perfect! We felt right at home and couldn’t have asked for a better location or a more comfortable place to stay! The neighborhood was an added plus! So many friendly and kind people!! We thorough enjoyed our stay here!!
We had an amazing time at this cabin! It was clean, cozy, and well furnished. The neighborhood was very quiet and peaceful. The views are beautiful. We enjoyed rocking/swinging on the porch in the mornings and in the evenings. You are close to everything in Maggie Valley, but far enough away to still have peace and quiet. We had a very restful, fun vacation. My daughter referred to this cabin as our "home away from home" and didn't want to leave. Thank you for allowing us to stay in your beautiful cabin! We will be back!! ❤️
This is our third time staying here and we love it. Me my mom and sister come twice a year. The house has everything you need. And is close to anything that you need. Love sitting on the front porch at night.
House was nice. The recliners in the house were very hard to get out of. Other than that the house was fine. Small space to park the cars. Had a great time
Linda and Kathy are a joy to work with. They are very clear and responsive to any issue or inquiry.
The log cabin is wonderful. Views of the mountains from the cabin are beautiful. The property is very comfortable, wonderfully decorated and everything is clean and in working order. Furniture and beds are very comfortable, and there are plenty of eating and cooking dishes, pots and pans. The owner has fully provisioned the property. They even had a bag of ice for us on our arrival.
The location is perfect. Right in Maggie Valley, close to Waynesville, Ashville, The Blue Ridge Parkway, and the Great Smoky Mountain National Park. Bryson City, Cherokee, Gatlinburg, and Pigeon Forge are all easy trips.
We will book this property again.
My mother and I stayed here back in April and loved it. So we booked it again when we got back home for my sister’s birthday. The house has everything you need and close to everything. We will be back again. Love sitting on the front porch watching the birds. And riding around looking at Elk.
Enjoyed staying in the cabin. The chair broke in living room right as we checked in and sit down. The maintenance guy came by next day to fix it. Couldn’t be fixed so he removed it. No big deal. Still had plenty of seating. Love size of cabin and big front porch. Only downside is the really long drive to Gatlinburg or pigeon Forge. Price is way better here though, so that’s why I chose it. Would stay here again with my family. ❤️
Property was just as described. The view from the porch was breathtaking.
There were many quaint shops and restaurants in Maggie Valley. Also a lake close by and trails to enjoy.
If you don’t mind driving around, there are other towns close by that also are nice to visit.
My best friend from Ohio, and her husband, drove down to meet me and my husband from Florida for a week. None of us had ever visited the Smoky Mountains, and our stay couldn’t have been better. The views were beautiful, the drive to Cherokee for several visits were short, and also beautiful, and seeing the elk two days in a row made for a very memorable vacation. We would recommend this cabin to anyone…it was gorgeously decorated and we loved every minute of our stay. Very peaceful, as well!
Loved it. Was close to everywhere we wanted to go. Pictures don't do it justice. Very nice and cozy and beautiful view. Hoping to stay again toward the end of the year.
