Das Ferienhaus liegt etwas ausserhalb des Dorfes, oben an einem Hang, in einer lockeren Siedlung, auf einem eigenen, grossen Grundstück. Der Weg dorthin führt über eine enge, steile asphaltierte Strasse. Oben angekommen fährt man über eine tiefe Bodenwelle durchs Gartentor und hat dann genügend Parkmöglichkeiten für alle möglichen Fahrzeuge.Die Vermieterin wohnt nicht vor Ort. Man hat das ganze Haus für sich allein. Das Haus ist gut unterhalten, sehr sauber und gut und zweckmässig eingerichtet. Jedes Zimmer hat eine eigene Klimaanlage. Dusche und WC sind getrennt. Gasherd, Abwaschmaschine, Waschmaschine, Mikrowelle/Grill und Gasgrill auf der Terrasse funktionieren bestens. Das Wifi ist im ganzen Haus gut nutzbar, am besten in der Nähe des Routers in der Küche.Die beiden Terrassen (Ost und Süd) sind überdacht und waren für uns morgens und abends auch im Sommer gut nutzbar. Die Garage ist ideal für Zweiräder oder anderes Outdoor-Material.Die Vermieterin, Christine, ist sehr liebenswürdig und zuvorkommend. Sie hat vor unserer Anreise freundlich Kontakt aufgenommen und auf alle wichtigen Details hingewiesen. Anreise und Abreise sind sehr freundlich, speditiv und grosszügig verlaufen. Wir konnten während unseres Aufenthaltes unsere Buchung problemlos anpassen.Wir haben uns in diesem Haus in Uzer sehr wohl gefühlt, können es gerne weiterempfehlen und kommen bei Gelegenheit gerne wieder.

Ländliches mediteranes Idyll mit vielseitigen Freizeitmöglichkeiten zum Baden, Wandern, sight seeing, Kultur, Abenteuer, Kanufahren, Höhlenbesichtigung, Quadfahren ect. Ideale Räumlichkeiten für eine Familie mit 4 Kindern bei gutem Preis/ Leistungsverhältnis. Einkaufmöglichkeit fußläuffig im Ort, wunderschöne Bademöglichkeit an Ardeche in 15 Minuten mit Auto in Pradons empfehlenswert.

Ganz toll!

Das Häuschen ist wundervoll, gemütlich, sauber. Alles vorhanden (Spülmaschine, Waschmaschine, großer Kühlschrank, Klimaanlage in jedem Raum, ausreichend Geschirr, sogar Gewürze sind eingeräumt...). Es fehlt auch so an nichts: Spülmittel, Seife, Spülmaschinenreiniger, Waschmittel, Wäscheständer mit Klammern...). Dazu dieser herrliche Blick und die große Terrasse. Die 2. kleinere Terrasse ist wunderbar, um abends noch ein gutes Glas Wein zu Zweit zu genießen. Supermarkt, ein guter Winzer, Bäcker und ein Obst-/Gemüseladen in erreichbarer Nähe (entweder fußläufig, oder höchstens 7 Minuten mit dem Auto). Einzig die Stechmücken - aber dafür kann das Häuschen ja nichts. Die Vermieter sind supersympathisch, erklären alles ganz genau, und sind zur Stelle wenn was ist. Merci Christine für 2 tolle Wochen Urlaub an der Ardèche!

sehr schön gelegenes Ferienhaus

Die Eigentümer sind sehr freundlich und sympathisch. Die Lage des Hauses ist ausgezeichnet.Die Aussicht und das Haus sind schöner, als sie auf den Bildern im Internet zum Ausdruck kommen. Ein kleiner, voll ausgestatteter Supermarkt (an 7 Tagen die Woche geöffnet) mit frischen Backwaren ist fußläufig erreichbar.

Agreablement surpris de la propriété, le gros plus sont les draps fournis et lits faits, l'autre plus se sont les petits equipements enfants mis a mis a disposition. Les proprietaires sont tres arrangeants et tres chaleureux. Rien ne manquait cetait cool. Petits presents qui nous attendaient a l'arrivée. Merci !!!

Nous avons passé presque une semaine en Ardèche. Ce fut un séjour très agréable. Propriétaires adorables, maison bien situé, calme et bien équipé clim lave-vaisselle machine a laver tous les produits sont fournis et également les linges pour les lits sont fournis c'est un petit plus Petits cadeaux de bienvenu : bouteille de vin et crème de châtaigne c'est vraiment très gentil Je ne peut que recommander cette location excellent rapport prix prestation.

Super séjour

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour! La maison est top, cette vue sur les montagnes magnifique. C'était très appréciable d'avoir la climatisation ainsi que le coin bibliothèque et jeux pour enfants. Les hôtes sont très sympathiques. Nous avons adoré l'Ardèche, pas loin de la location il y a plein de coin pour se baigner et plein d'activités à faire (grottes, museum, châteaux,etc...) On reviendra sûrement!

alle Erwartungen erfüllt

wir haben mit unseren 3 Enkeln eine wunderschöne Woche verbracht. Das Haus bietet für 5 Personen ausreichend Platz, war sehr sauber und ist pflegeleicht ausgestattet. Es ist alles vorhanden was benötigt wird. Christine und Rene sind perfekte Gastgeber, sie verwöhnten uns sogar noch mit leckeren Begrüßungsgeschenken. Da es morgens etwas kühl war, schätzten wir die in allen Räumen vorhandene und perfekt funtionierende Klimaanlage besondes (Badheizer super!). Auch der Außenbereich mit dem tollen Ausblick erfüllt die Erwartungen. Herzlichen Dank - wir kommen sehr gern wieder einmal nach Uzer Uwe April 23

Traumhafte Ferienwohnung in perfekter Lage

Wir haben unsere Zeit in Uzer sehr genossen. Die Ferienwohnung ist liebevoll eingerichtet, sehr groß und sauber - wir waren super zufrieden und würden jederzeit wiederkommen! Die Gastgeber sind herzlich und die Kommunikation lief unkompliziert - absolute Empfehlung!

Calme, plénitude top

Séjour au top, il a fait très chaud donc la clim de la maison est très appréciable. Arrivée très bien passée Christine nous attendait, très attentionnée, petites attentions (confiture, rosé) et pleins d'explications pour les activités. Nous avons passé 2 semaines au calme avec une vue splendide. Je recommande pour le calme de la maison, la clim, le cadre ....
