Sunny second (top) floor condo with tall ceilings and lots of windows in amenity-rich, 24-hour gated Sea Oaks Beach and Tennis Community. Beaming with southern natural light and adjacent to Captain Foresters Nature Preserve, you'll feel like you are living in a luxury treehouse! Renovated interior features maple hardwood floors, updated kitchen and baths, new lighting and a cheery beach-themed decor. But outside is where the fun really happens! Walk on the beach for miles or play tennis on one of 16 clay style (har-tru) courts, take lessons from one of the pros or ride the four included bikes on the many bike trails. Then relax at the full service ocean-front beach club, complete with pool, hot tub, gazebo bar, and casual outdoor cafe. Dine at the formal indoor restaurant serving exquisite cuisine from our award winning chef or grill and swim at your own condo complex private pool and hot tub. Lots of other activities available nearby including golf, kayaking, boat rentals, fishing. Weekly or monthly rentals available.

Sehr gut

Anlage ist vorwiegend von Senioren bewohnt. Sollte man wissen, ist aber keine Problem. Anlage, Strand und Wohnung sind sehr gepflegt und sauber.

Perfect getaway-5 star property

Chris and Elaine's condo at Sea Oaks is a perfect place to stay. Beautifully decorated, comfortable, quiet, spacious and convenient. All the comforts of home with plenty of kitchenware for the times we didn't eat out. Overall, a great place to stay for a tranquil and comfortable vacation.

Wonderful!!!

What a wonderful place to stay. The property grounds are about as beautiful as you can get and the condo itself was perfect for our family of four. It had everything we needed and more. Location was fantastic and the beach club provided the chairs and umbrellas at no cost. The owners are great to deal with and answered all my questions quickly. I will definitely be staying here again.

Wonderful stay!

We had a wonderful trip. The condo was clean and very well appointed. Kitchen had everything you would need, short walk to beach and pool, comfortable beds and many beach towels/toys/chairs to enjoy at the beach. Thanks so much for hosting us 😊

Simply put, we LOVE the beach and everything that goes along with sunny skies and warm weather. We met playing tennis over 13 years ago and vacations for us typically include sun, sand and sailing. We got engaged on a beach in Australia, and married on a beach in Mexico. But we live in Colorado, so we also enjoy skiing at Vail and cozy nights by the fire.

Why they chose this property

In April 2018, we visited a cousin who lives at Sea Oaks. We enjoyed the resort so much that within a week we had put in an offer on our condo! The grounds are lovely, the beach is miles-long, and the food is outstanding. We fell in love with our top-floor condo because it is spacious and sunny yet incredibly private. We named it The Treehouse because it is perched at the edge of a forest preserve.

What makes this property unique

While the thriving town of Vero Beach is close-by, you honestly never have to leave the resort. A typical day for us at Sea Oaks starts with an early tennis match followed by a swim in the ocean and a long walk on the beach. By then, it's almost noon and time for a delicious, healthy lunch at the beach-front gazebo bar. Afternoons include bike rides, kayaking or just lazing around. You can't beat a casual dinner al fresco back at the gazebo bar, or a fancy date-night at the formal restaurant overlooking the ocean. When you are ready to venture off the grounds, rent a boat and cruise the Indian River, play golf, ride an airboat, see live theater. The list of activities is long.
