Well appointed two bedroom Tennis Villa! Have your pick of a quick walk to an expansive beach complete with beach bar and pool, a short stroll to the tennis courts or down to the marina on the Indian River. The unit is on the ground floor and is a corner unit offering additional windows and natural light. French doors lead to a large screened in lanai with with sliding glass doors offering the ability to enjoy fresh breezes or be protected from the rare incliment weather. There is a $100 Sea Oaks rental application fee, plus $29.96/night for club membership, which includes private beach access, pools, tennis/pickleball courts, fitness center, Beach Club, dining, and activities.
