This Villa is located within a private beach and tennis gated community with two pools, 16 world-class Har-Tru tennis courts, pickle ball courts, fitness center, private community pool, and access to a beautiful white sandy beach as well as the The Beach Club and The Beach Club Restaurant. This charming villa has everything needed for a relaxing, memorable beach getaway. Come enjoy this treehouse 2/2 villa and all it has to offer. Completely updated and fully stocked kitchen, new stove and dishwasher, high ceilings with bright and airy rooms, and a secluded tree top outdoor screened patio that provides a serene and private environment. Nest Thermostat, 3 Smart TVs, and online streaming services available (Netflix, Hulu, Amazon, etc) as well as a desktop computer and printer. New Washer and dryer inside unit. $125 Sea Oaks Administrative Application Fee + $27.82 per day/day club membership fee.

The home is lovely! It is light-filled and spacious. It was clean and very well-maintained. It is updated with very comfortable furnishings and decor-everything you would need to enjoy all that Sea Oaks has to offer. The location of the unit is very convenient to the tennis villa pool and the tennis porch and gym. Its only a short walk to the Beach Club pool and ocean. The hosts are incredibly responsive and went above and beyond to ensure that we were well taken care of during our stay! We were so impressed by their availability to address any of our needs quickly and with such kindness- just the loveliest hosts we've ever had with a rental.

Amazing Property

We loved this property! It really felt like we were staying in a treehouse with amazing views of trees and nature from every window. The condo was well appointed and maintained. Comfortable but tastefully decorated. We didn’t use the tennis facilities but we enjoyed both pools and the restaurants.Great stay!

Perfect beach and tennis vacation

Wonderful tennis villa in a quiet neighborhood. Great for a family with everything you need for a relaxing week. Very spacious, two full baths, clean and homey feel. Huge washer/dryer. Two king size beds was a treat with kids sharing the bed. The kids were able to take tennis lessons and then grab lunch courtside or poolside. Wonderful place to stay!

The condo is breezy and spacious and the grounds are beautifully landscaped. The pool is huge and the beach is a very short walk. The kitchen is perfectly supplied and a super nice place to cook. And the porch is perhaps the best part of all.

Top-notch Tennis Villa

We love the Sea Oaks community and have stayed there before, and this is one of our favorite tennis villas. The space has high ceilings, tons of windows, and private views into the lush tropical treetops. It is comfortably and attractively furnished and has many nice amenities like great linens, plenty of beach towels, and all kitchen essentials. The owners are great and easy to contact. We will definitely stay here again!

A Treehouse for Grownups

The privacy, beauty, and amenities make this a gem. All you see are manicured grounds and trees. Remarkable for the location. Walked to the beach each morning and even saw a sea turtle returning to the ocean from laying her eggs. Had to work from the office each day and the privacy was priceless. Beautiful place.

Sea Oaks is a wonderful place to vacation. Our Tennis Villa was fantastic. It was extremely clean, modern, had everything we needed to feel at home. The kitchen was well appointed. Location was great. Easy walk to pool, tennis court, Beach Club, and ocean. Our host,Mari, was very accommodating and very quick to respond to any questions. The Treehouse Villa was the PERFECT place for our winter getaway! The villa was super clean, the decor was light, bright and up to date, and it was oh so comfortable: well equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, crisp white linens and a full size washer and dryer. Mari was great and answered all of our questions promptly,. The Sea Oaks property is lovely and has much to offer. In addition to tennis there beautiful walking paths, weekly activities, special events, dining and nearby golf. We would love to comeback! Thanks for everything Mari!

Best VRBO experience ever!

If we could give this property more than 5 stars, we would. From check in to check out, our stay in the Tree Top Villa was perfect. The condo was immaculate, fully stocked with every amenity you could need, the location was convenient to the tennis courts, fitness room, beach, pools and clubhouse. And Mari was the MOST responsible host ever! We had a problem with our cable, and she responded immediately and had Comcast out at their earliest appointment - and then sent us a lovely gift basket for our inconvenience. We will for sure stay here the next time we are in Vero beach (hopefully this review won't make it too difficult to book a time!) Truly a wonderful stay!

Lovely Hideaway

What a wonderful Villa at Sea Oaks. This 2nd floor unit had huge picture windows giving us the feeling of being in a Treehouse amongst all the tropical vegetation. Terrific Vacation

Wonderfully peaceful, clean, well-equiped and comfortable two-bed villa on the second/top floor tucked in the trees. We had a terrific stay. The owners were very responsive and helpful at every turn. Includes printer and desks for the workaholics and two king-sized beds for resting afterwards. Easy access and departure with short walk to the gym! Strongly recommend.
