Four bedrooms (one king sized bed, 3 queen sized bed) and 2.5 baths. Fenced off backyard, beautiful stone patio with good night lights, a grill and enclosed outdoor shower area. Located in a quiet neighborhood, the house is a quick walk from convenience stores, restaurants, and local shops. Perfect house to rest in during your stay at the beach. It also a quick 10 minute drive to Atlantic City Board walk and Casinos for a perfect night out in town. Our Family has been coming to Brigantine beach with for 12+ years. We were renters previous to 2018. In 2017, when the opportunity arose to buy our own house near the beach, it was dream come true. We love this beach and this town. Brignatine is a hidden gem among the South NJ shores.

Bought this house in 2017 and spent the past two years renovating it for the use of our family. We gave it an extensive make over with our family in mind, you will feel right at home.
What makes this property unique
Located just one block away, this house is a short 5 minute walk to the shore. The kids are able to walk to the ice cream stores and there are plenty of restaurants to dine at. It has a family feel but plenty of room for personal space.
