Short walk to resort and Main Street Park City. Cozy house with plenty of beds. I couldn’t seem to get the air conditioning to work (summer stay).

Thank you for the kind review Tom! I'm glad you liked our location and the property. It was great to host you.
I apologize, we do not have AC. I try to make that very clear in our ad, but it can be understandably overlooked.
Nice location. About a 10-minute walk to the lift. The home was nice. Comfortable beds, good hot tub. A few minor issues with the dryer, fireplace, and grill, but otherwise comfortable. For the most part, Brittany was responsive to our issues.
We stayed at this property many years ago with our kids and decided to come back again with our grandkids. It was fabulous! Those that wanted to ski had easy access to the slopes. Those that wanted to stay home had a beautiful place to relax, an inviting hot tub, and scenery for miles! Even with tons of snow, the property and roads were cleared so we could easily get to the grocery store, the spa, or to downtown Park City. It was everything we remembered and more!

Location Location Location
The house is in a great location to the slopes. You can walk or have someone drop you off in no time. The house has plenty of room for multiple families. Our little ones enjoyed playing in the snow behind the house making a snowman and playing in the snow. The reason for the four stars versus the five is that we had to purchase toilet paper and paper towels. We just felt like that stuff should have been provided for in abundance with so many of us using the house. But other than that great stay!

Thank you for the nice review Theresa. I am very very sorry that the supplies were lacking in the home. We try very hard to keep the home stoked and it was our mistake that it was not.
Thank you again for staying with us!

Great property...Spacious and clean. Short walk to Main St as well as the base of PC. Brittany was a great host. Quick to respond and accommodate our requests. Highly recommend.
The house is in a great location within walking distance to town (up a few big hills on the way back to the house), and also walking distance to PCMR. The layout is great although the living area is dark with only a few windows and a very small balcony. There has been some updating to the house over time but the photos online are deceiving with how clean and spacious the house is.
We had a couple of issues as the kitchen was not stocked with some essentials we expected to be there such as enough wine glasses, a cutting board, and salt and pepper shakers. The property manager did help us out with that, and quickly provided a few of the essentials. I would recommend double checking what all is to be stocked so you know what to take or buy. It would have also been helpful to have a property manual with instructions written down on how to use the hot tub, TV, etc.
The property appeared possibly to not have been rented for a while as there were burned out lights some spider webs in common areas and a layer of dust/dirt in general areas you’d expect to be clean (especially ceiling fans). We were told the property was treated for insects, but there was an infestation of lady bugs on the ceiling of the master bedroom, making that room unusable. The manager did use some all natural pesticide spray when we were out. However, it left the bugs dead on the floor and on the bed, which was still a challenge. It also was sprayed so much we had to open the windows to air it out.
Overall the property has good potential as long as it undergoes a good deep cleaning, improved pest control, and a restock of kitchen essentials. They did work with us to provide a partial refund so they definitely had good will to make it right. Very appreciative of that, and that they were pleasant as we worked through the concerns. Based on the photos, the reviews, and past rentals we have stayed in, we had higher expectations. That happens sometimes. Next time we will do more due diligence.
The property was clean and had everything we needed. Very spacious and beautiful views of a Park City. We would love to stay there again. Manager was quick to communicate and very helpful.

The house is exactly as advertised. Very comfortable and clean. The layout of the house is ideal for 2 families with the main living space separating the sleeping areas. Perfect for families with young children. Brittany was a pleasure to rent from.

Why they chose this property
We purchased the land and built this property many years ago now because of it's ideal location - just 200 steps to skiing at Park City Mountain - and easy quick access to Historic Main Street.
This property is ideal for avid skiers and snowboarders, large family's, families traveling together, family reunions, event goers - for the Sundance Film Festival, summer visitors and really anyone wanting to visit Park City.
We have since updated this property over the years to offer modern amenities and features, but the local architecture and ski mountain feel have remained the same.
What makes this property unique
What made our 4BR home the ideal place for us was it's ability to host a large family and it's slopeside location on Park City Mountain. We had to do a lot of interior renovations over the years, but that's simple with a lot of space, an open floor plan and good structure.
