The house is great! Clean and spacious. Very convenient for heading to Glacier National Park.It was great to hang out on the deck and around the fire pit.The only unexpected downside was the emergency siren in the neighborhood that went off several times to signal local volunteer first responders. We managed it by generating white noise by running a fan at night after getting woken up the first night.

The Chalet was charming and quirky and just what we needed for our family of six as we explored the West side of Glacier National Park. It was good to read the comments of other folks who stayed here, so there were no surprises. We would stay here again!

Great location, close to Glacier National Park and other great places to visit! The Chalet was equipped with everything we needed to make all meals. Everything was clean and well put together! We have no complaints and would stay here again! Highly recommended!!!

Cute place to stay and super close to Glacier. House was clean and beds were comfortable. Wish there was a bathroom where the main sleeping area was. Kitchen was well stocked. Neighborhood was a little different.

Great location to west glacier

Great property! Managers were readily available when we had an issue come up, and was quick to get it fixed. Only wish it had more comfy sitting areas to visit around after a long day. Would stay again next time!

Great place to stay

Great place to stay to visit GNP. Clean, described properly, nice place. The only knock is the sound at night- trains and roster in morning. Ear plugs work just fine. The lower bedrooms are actually quieter if that bothers you. I would highly recommend.

10 minutes from Glacier

Nice place! Plenty of space. Good location in relation to Glacier. Pizza place down the road is delicious. Lots of stairs: in order to sleep in a bedroom must go up or down. Enjoyed it here very much!

Clean, Near Wedt Glacier, well stocked

Very clean, master bedroom is in basement, bathroom on main floor not near bedrooms, easy drive to west glacier. Great communication with owners. Nice view, but very close to other neighbors, not a lot of space private to location. Nicely stocked kitchen and bathrooms.

Great for Families

The chalet has everything you need to relax and was easy access to all of the adventures. The 3-level layout was perfect for families. The host was extremely informative. The water in the loft never got hot. However, lower level was fine.

Beautiful comfortable cabin,

Lovely cabin. The design and decor are fresh and fabulous. Close to Glacier west entrance. Lots of windows and light. Comfortable beds. Loved that we could sit on either balcony and see great views. The only negative is the loud trains passing during the night. But, it's not a deal breaker. Just bring ear plugs if you are a light sleeper. I would stay again for sure.

Fantastic stay for hiking Glacier only very minor downside is theres no curtains. If you're hiking all day and wanting to get an early night of sleep in summer you will have some sun through the windows till 9:30. Everything else was fantastic and would still highly recommend staying here.

Home was beautiful, clean, well stocked, and close to park. Neighborhood was a lot to be desired as we felt a little unsafe. Lots of train noise also. This unit does not have a water park as mentioned in its description. But, we loved the chalet!!! Just not the neighborhood it was in.

Review of Teakettle Mtn Stay

Cabin was very clean, bright with a nice view and in a good location relative to Glacier NP. Guests should be aware that the downstairs master bedroom and room with bunkbeds does not have a bathroom (it is on the main level). We opted to give our kids those rooms and take the queen bed in the loft with the adjacent bathroom. The kitchen was not very well appointed if you want to make meals for a family. It lacked some basic kitchen supplies such as a colander and veggie grater. Supply of baggies and wrap, and Kleenex was a bit lacking as well. Note, you have to bring your own coffee, oils, spices, and laundry detergent.

With the exception of intermittent trains running through town, not terribly bad and which the grandkids loved, we were able to relax and feel at home. It was quiet and serene. The home was clean and comfortable. Just some things to note, the sitting area is upstairs in the loft, main floor sitting is mainly hard benches with lots of pillows. Plan on bringing all condiments and food other than coffee. A 2-4 Cup measuring cup would be nice if you have one to bring. Also I suggest grippy socks for those who will be staying in the loft, stairs are very slippery and vary in width, handrail doesn't extend all the way. TV has guest feature to find viewing entertainment. Cards are available, no other games.We loved being close to Glacier, that's where we spent the majority of time. We would stay again but too many National Parks to see.

Great stay with great location to west entrance to Glacier NP

Our family enjoyed our visit here. Great location to the park and easy to get to. The house was clean and had what we needed as far as amenities. We loved the washer and dryer and our kids loved the bunk beds. There is noise from the train and fire station, but it wasn’t that bad. It is an open concept house so that is something to keep in mind that the upstairs loft is open as well as bunkbed room. Glad we found this place and would recommend to anyone else traveling to the area. Thanks so much for hosting.
