Valley at Eastport Golf Club in Little River, located just 15 miles north of Myrtle Beach. Nestled along the beautiful Intracoastal Waterway off Highway 17 between North Myrtle Beach and Little River, SC, The Valley at Eastport is a perfect first stop on any Grand Strand golf getaway.

The condo unit is fully equipped with 2 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. This condo is on the 2nd floor. The master bedroom includes a Queen bed with a flat screen TV, and sliding glass door to a screen-enclosed deck. The 2nd bedroom includes a Queen bed, which is adjacent to the 2nd full bathroom.The living room includes a Queen pull out sofa, flat screen TV, DVD player, and a great view of the eighteen fairway. The unit also includes cable, high speed internet, and Wi-Fi. The condo unit has a full kitchen, washer/dryer, large open dining/living room, and a screened patio. New laminate flooring was installed winter of 2017 in the living area, dining room. New ceramic tiles were also installed in both bathrooms, kitchen and foyer.

The condo unit, located in Little River, with access to two pools, a hot tub, Clubhouse, which includes an on-site restaurant and pro-shop. The condo is minutes away from beach access in North Myrtle. The condo is 20 to 30 minutes away from 2 great attractions. Barefoot landing and Broadway at the Beach with nearby activities including restaurants, miniature golf, jet ski rentals, dinner theaters, concerts, and lots of shopping.

The condo unit is a non-smoking unit. No smoking within 25 ft. of any building. Motorcycles, trailers, RVs are not allowed on site. Pets are not allowed in the condo unit.

Cozy condo caring neighbors

It felt like a second home to me. Felice haD everything I needed. The property was stocked with high quality essentials. The neighbors were friendly and helpful. Felice agreed to credit my unused portion of the days that I could not use due to the virus evacuation. I’ll be able to stay in the property in April and May 2021. What a great host...very accommodating. Highly recommended property.

Amazing cleanliness,affordable rental property. I am personally very satisfied!! Quite and well maintained condo. Perfect location. Close enough to everything but far enough from the congestion. The owners waxs extremely helpful with all our questions and made sure we had everything we needed to enjoy our stay! All I have to say about this place and my stay there is positive!! My wife Vilma and I are parents of 3 beautiful daughters and grandparents of 6 wonderful grandchildren. Vilma is fully retired and I am hoping to join her soon and take advantage of our condo since we are located right on the golf course.
We love spending time at the pool and the beach.

Why they chose this property

Little River is a quite area on a perfect location for golf lovers, but also close enough to Myrtle Beach if you like more entertainment. We wanted a place to come relax and unwind as our everyday life can be crazy. My wife likes to read on our screened porch and I can enjoy a round of golf in one area.

What makes this property unique

The condo unit is right on the fairway and has a pool. It is close enough to Myrtle Beach if you like it there, but also far enough away if you just want to relax on the beach.
