In a property of the 30s completely renovated, the second and last floor without elevator, you will enjoy a large balcony of 12 m² facing West with garden table, bench + chairs. You will appreciate the view of the Bay of Baule and the beautiful sunsets. Apartment completely redone.

Atlantic breeze

We have enjoyed three magnificent weeks in a fine and cosy apartment. Even with 4 persons (couple and 2 teenagers) the place is comfortable and extremely well located.

Très bel appartement

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. La location à tout le confort nécessaire, elle est spacieuse, moderne et très bien située. Il suffisait de se poser sur la terrasse pour admirer les magnifiques couchers de soleil sur la mer. Les propriétaires sont des gens très agréables , soucieux du bien-être de leur locataires.
