Guests will also enjoy being within close walking distance to a Convenience Store as well as popular local restaurants Sundae Cafe and The Deck, which is directly oceanfront.

This home features all new updates throughout the house. So whether you're cooking a large family feast or a quick snack for the beach, the fully equipped kitchen is perfect for all cooking levels. The open-concept kitchen and dining areas are perfect for entertaining. The kitchen is stocked with an abundance of cooking utensils for those who love to cook to make you feel right at home. The all-new kitchen has granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, a large breakfast bar with seating for 4, and a farm-style dining table to seat six comfortably. Relax in the comfortable living area with plush sofas and a large wall-mounted flat-screen TV.

The primary bedroom suite is tastefully appointed with a King size bed. It offers a large flat-screen TV, and an additional writing desk area, for those looking to connect their laptops or devices. The attached bathroom has a tub and shower combination and all-new fixtures with dual vanities. The two additional bedrooms are furnished with a King size bed and a flat-screen TV in the first guest room, and the third bedroom has a Queen-size bed and a flat-screen TV. The shared guest bathroom is updated with new fixtures, dual vanities, and a walk-in shower.

The Tiki House comes to life in the bonus sunroom, a furnished flex space with a Double bed and a bar. Enjoy spending time in the outdoor courtyard, which includes a hot tub, outdoor seating, and an outdoor dining table that seats up to 6 people. There are also a gas grill, corn-hole boards, and Giant Jenga for hours of outdoor fun. The backyard is fully fenced in for added security.

The home has ample parking for four cars and in-home WIFI. The house is located on beautiful 2nd Avenue, which is Tybee Island's Bike path, so be sure to bring your bicycles or plan on renting them while visiting - This is the best way to see Tybee! Unfortunately, this home is not pet-friendly.

PETS: This home is pet-friendly for up to two (2) adult dogs with approval and additional pet fees. Cats are not allowed in any TVR property. Please Note: Tybee City ordinance does not allow dogs on any Tybee Island beaches.

EXTENDED STAY RENTALS (26+ NIGHTS): All stays require a refundable security deposit to be paid, the amount is included in your online quote. A monthly electrical allowance is assigned according to the bedroom size of the property and has been chosen as this amount should not be exceeded with reasonable usage at the property.
