Oceanfront Condo w/ Incredible Views from Every Room! Watch the Waves In Bed

Alii Kai 3103, located in the heart of Princeville on the North Shore, is a standout among Kauai vacation rentals.

This two bedroom, bottom floor unit rocks incredible, uninterrupted ocean views from every room. The main living area is comfortable and open concept, with a full kitchen and dining area for four. You’ll find a TV in the living room, with cable and a DVD player provided for your enjoyment. The private lanai is just off the living room, with the most beautiful view of the ocean and steep bluffs. In the winter months it’s not uncommon to spot whales breaching and spouting just off shore! There is also an in-unit washer and dryer for your convenience.

Down the hallway you’ll find two spacious bedrooms. The master suite features two comfortable queen beds, perfect if you’re traveling with kids, as well as an en suite bathroom with walk-in shower. You’ll also find a second flatscreen TV in the master suite, complete with DVD player. The second bedroom offers another queen bed, with a full bathroom just across the hall. Both bedrooms have incredible ocean views for you to enjoy without even needing to get up!

The Alii Kai complex amenities include a pool and gas grill for guests to enjoy at their leisure, as well as free parking. For your convenience you’ll also find beach towels in the unit that guests are free to use. This is a ground floor unit, but because the ground slopes down to the bluffs, you still have the luxury of a private, balcony-style lanai.

In addition to comfortable living and incredible ocean views, Alii Kai 3103 is conveniently located just a mile from shopping and dining options in the Princeville shopping center. For avid golfers, you’re a mere 15 minute walk from the clubhouse at the nationally ranked Makai golf course, and a quick 10 minute drive from the charming town of Hanalei and its world class beaches like Hanalei Bay and Anini beach.

As with most homes on Kauai, this vacation rental is NOT air conditioned, however there are ceiling fans in each room and screen doors on the lanai to help with airflow.

Although this home has internet, the speed and reliability cannot be guaranteed due to the remote location and the service being provided by a third-party.

First, the location is absolutely magnificent right on the water. And the property where this place was located was so quiet and clean. The welcome basket was a very nice touch. Aside from the beautiful view, we very much appreciated that there were several extra towels and blankets. You don’t find this always in rental. The kitchen was well equipped, everything we needed! We had a great time and would definitely rent this property again.

We stayed in condo in August. First off its in the best location, from the surrounding area to the view from the balcony. It is close to all the most amazing beaches we really enjoyed our stay. It has everything you need and was really clean.

All the comforts of home, but with a closeup view of the Pacific ocean.

Our condo was perfectly neat and immaculately clean. We particularly appreciated the full kitchen, spacious balcony overlooking the ocean waves, lots of towels for beach and pool activity, and complete laundry facilities to get us packed up the right way. The entire complex was picture-perfect!
