Enjoy panoramic views of the Pacific Ocean, Cape Kiwanda, and Haystack Rock while you relax in this unique and beautiful oceanfront home. This property is set in the beachfront gated community of Kiwanda Shores in Pacific City. This home has 4-bedrooms, 4 bathrooms. The primary bedroom, guest bedroom, and two full bathrooms are located on the first floor and offer a quiet place to rest in this beautiful, open concept home. The upstairs features a reading nook, a kids room with a full bathroom, two bunk beds, and a sleeper sofa. The reading nook is the perfect place to drink your coffee in the morning or to enjoy consistent views of Haystack Rock any time of day. Also upstairs is another guest room with a queen bed with its own private bathroom.

This is the perfect place for a refreshing beach getaway with incredible ocean views. The house offers modern conveniences, such as free Wi-Fi, an outdoor grill, flat screens and DVD players in each bedroom, as well as a washing and drying machine.

The primary bedroom features a king bed with clean, fresh white bedding and a lovely view. A small desk offers room to work and allows guests to enjoy the flat screen TV and DVD. The master bathroom offers dual sinks and a walk-in shower.

The guest room is beautifully furnished with a queen bed and offers its own flat screen TV and DVD player. Next to the guest room, the guest bathrooms features beautiful tile work and a shower tub combo. Both bedrooms have noisemakers and alarm clocks.

The kids room has two sets of bunk beds along with a sleeper sofa featuring a queen bed. There is also a TV and DVD player and a X-Box with 5 remotes.

This spacious, open-concept layout of the main living area and kitchen allows for an ideal setting to cook together and entertain while enjoying ocean views. Guests can walk right out onto the dune from the main living area to enjoy whale watching, a walk down the beach, or a swim in the ocean. This portion of the house features beautiful wood beams and walls, a kitchen space with a full-sized fridge, stove/oven, and dining area. The living area offers comfortable seating on a new leather couch and two side chairs as well as a flat screen TV and DVD player. The outdoor grill is a few steps outside. A bonus feature is the ping pong table in the garage to add to the fun, family-friendly environment.

PARKING: General street parking in the area can be utilized for free. The beach house is in a gated community (which allows for a large amount of space for parking outside the house).

There is plenty of fun to be found in the surf and sand (surfing, Dory Boat fishing, hang gliding, horse riding, hiking, kayaking, bicycling, swimming, whale watching, golfing and many more family-friendly activities are nearby). We are only a 15-minute walk to the Pelican Brew Pub, a variety of nearby restaurants, and a local grocery store. Also we are only a short drive to Sand Lake. Bring your ATV out and spend the day riding around on the ocean front!

The neighborhood: Kiwanda Shores is a gated community which provides privacy and easy beach access for guests. No cars are allowed on the beach in front of the community - a nice plus!
Other things to note: No pets are allowed on the property. If we find that this was not followed we will utilize your security deposit in full for cleaning.

Please note that we have a family member that is severely allergic to animals. For their safety we ask that you respect the "no dogs allowed" policy.

We have cameras out side the home to be able to watch the perimeters while we are away. One in the front of the house and one in the back. They are on and recording 24/7.
