Gorgeous 2 bedroom, 2.5 bath townhouse with garage, fully stocked kitchen featuring an open and spacious floor plan. Remodeled in 2018 featuring all new flooring, kitchen and bathrooms. The living room opens to a private screened in sun-room complete with comfortable furniture and a table for dining. Ocean views from second floor bedrooms screened balcony. A private outside shower with hot water, so you can gaze at the stars while you wash your hair.
All new furnishings and appliances including full size washer and dryer. The home has a warm, comfortable, Florida lifestyle feel with the Atlantic ocean breezes adding to the tropical setting. The beach is an easy 100 ft. walk from the house with a conveniently paved beach entrance making it simple to spend your days in the sand. Townhouse equipped with beach chairs, umbrella and coolers everything to enhance your beach experience. We have additional parking on the property that can accommodate boats and extra cars. House has two large screen TVs, Alexa, cable and WIFI. Townhouse is equipped with key-less entry.

We are located in Indiatlantic FL walking distance to shopping and restaurants, 5 minutes from Gleason Park which has public pool, Oars & Paddles Park, Mather's Bridge, about an hour from Orlando's Theme Parks, 30 minutes south of Port Canaveral, 40 minutes to Kennedy Space Center.

Amazing stay

Great stay

This was one of the best equipped houses we have stayed in. The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed and more including various appliances, spices, and supplies. The location was very convenient to all our activities. Although we didn't utilize everything provided such as beach equipment, coolers, pickleball paddles, bikes, and beach chairs, it was nice to have it supplied. We would highly recommend this property and would stay again if available.

We loved our stay in the townhouse. Everything was supplied, except towels and sheets. Bed was very comfortable. Loved having a garage. The outdoor shower was very nice. Easy to get to beach. Also, very quiet. Great area to go biking also.

Absolutely lovely property

First of all, the condo is beautiful and in a perfect location. Bright, airy rooms with a contemporary, beachy decor meant that I never felt crowded in, even though I'm a big guy. Easy access to the beach, but with a privacy wall so you always feel secluded. And there's an outdoor shower so you didn't have to track sand into the condo when you came back from the beach. Located in walking distance to numerous restaurants, and very easy access to shopping. Finally, and most importantly, Mary and Tom Mueller are wonderful hosts! Friendly, warm and always a pleasure to speak with. I'm sad to be moving on, but I'm so glad I got to stay here!
