BIG BEACH HOUSE-Great for a large family group: 8 beds sleeps up to 16 comfortably. 2 kitchens, 2 living rooms, 2 dining areas. Heated Pool with night light. 2-minute walk across the street to the beach. From the balcony view: ocean & sunrise. Most bedrooms & living rooms have TVs w/Netflix, Hulu & BluRay players. Super-fast WiFi. Picnic table & luxurious chairs in lanai by the pool. Welcome booklet lists things to do, places to visit, and great local restaurants. Stay here to relax & have fun!

This beach house is clean, bright, and spacious. There is room for everyone. Heated Pool has many comfortable chairs to lounge on. The pool lanai is a great gathering place for lunch in the fresh air. Close to a neighborhood favorite Mexican restaurant Little Dos & `The Surfin` Turtle` ice cream shop.

You have full access to all parts of the 2-story house. There are several additional spaces to park in the driveway. Private heated pool in screened-in pool house. Beach is a 2 minute walk. Ice cream shop is a 3 minute walk. On site free laundry.

I have a small army of local helpers to make sure your stay comfortable, relaxing and fun. I am also available by phone, email, and text.

The neighborhood is quiet and clean. Very near the beach and conveniences like grocery, coffee shops, and the movies. You are also a 2 minute drive from a nice, large public park on the beach (Pelican Park). This is a great place for sheltered areas at the beach to have a picnic lunch, outdoor shower, and other amenities.

Several grocery stores (Publix, WalMart) are nearby. Nearby places of interest:

20-minute drive to Cocoa Beach Pier and Ron Jon Surf Shop.

Excellent Vacation

The house is exactly what we were looking for, close to the beach and had a great restaurant next door. Beach was very rocky, but we were able to walk down a little and find a spot we could swim. House accommodated our three families only downside was the need to move vehicles as they only wanted two in the driveway, and it was difficult to get bigger vehicles in the small garage.

Sand Castle Satellite Beach

Great place for a larger group. Extremely comfortable beds & well stocked kitchens. Nice bar/restaurant right across the street. My only concern with the location, is the huge rocks & boulders in the surf at the beach area, but the home was perfect for us (9 people). The host is very responsive. We had a fantastic time!

Fun week in Satellite Beach

This property worked out very well for our extended family visit of 10 adults and 6 kids. The pool was a hit, as was the close proximity of the beach. There were enough bedrooms for every family to have their own, and the washer and dryer was also much appreciated.

The Sandcastle Resort

Our stay at the Sandcastle was amazing. It had everything we needed for our large group ranging in age from 1 1/2 yrs to 88 yes. A wonderful relaxing atmosphere and location location location! The Mexican restaurant across the street is fabulous and the ice cream shop a hit with the kids! All in all a perfect spot for a family getaway at the beach! We would definitely come again! Also a plus that you can rent the top or bottom separately for smaller groups.

The house is very spacious and has enough room for a large family. The house had everything we needed and the kids really enjoyed the heated pool. The owner is very responsive. We did find some dirty blankets and dishes in the dish washer but nothing major. The house is in a great location and we would stay there again.

We had an awesome family vacation. The pool became our living room. The kids loved it. We saw turtles on the beach, we saw a rocket launch. My son is a chef and we enjoyed some most excellent meals. We would all definitely go back again to the same house

Great location with all the amenities, walking distance to the beach, enough room for my group, cover patio with and screened pool. There was also a volleyball court by Pelican Park that we have a lot of fun at. Richard was a great communicator and helped answer all the questions along the way.

Family vacation

We had a great time during our stay in Satellite Beach. The house had plenty of room for our whole family. The pool was great and we spent many hours playing in it. The beach is a short walk away. Unfortunately, we did not get to spend much time at the beach due to the amount of seaweed. So, we were even more thankful to have a pool. We would definitely stay here again, and are planning to next year.

Great house for large family. Family and dining area open and spacious. Close to the beach, great pool and pool area. Close to Cocoa beach, and all your basic needs are within a few minutes, (publix, ABC liquors, CVS, Walmart, Ice Cream Shop, etc.) Lots of local places to eat. House manager was very engaged, checking in several times throughout the week. We had an awesome week of family bonding! You wont be disappointed.

Great House for family vacation

This house is great for large extended family gatherings. We loved the large table for meals together and the large sectional sofa. We spent so much time in the pool too. The house is close to the beach but the road was a little busy to get the little ones across. The wagon we brought helped with that. The owner was fantastic with correspondence and very accommodating! We had a wonderful week together!

Why they chose this property

I have lived in, maintained and cared for this property for more than two decades. It is a comfortable, spacious, well-maintained property close to the beach: walk in the sand and surf, view pelicans flying by, and enjoy the great local Mexican restaurant Little Dos that is at the end of the street!

What makes this property unique

An on-site heated pool in a screened pool house is available 24/7. Comfortable lanai with picnic table and sofa to eat/relax in the fresh air. You have free high speed WiFi throughout the house and the pool area. There is free laundry on-site and six or seven parking spaces in the driveway (depending on car size). The city does not allow RV parking.
There are TV's in all bedrooms with Netflix, Hulu, other channels and DVD/BlueRay players.
The second floor of the house gives you nice ocean views and is surrounded by windows making it sunny and bright. There are sliding doors on three sides allowing for the ocean breeze to come through softly and enjoyably. There is a dining area on both floors. The one on the second floor allows views of the ocean in the near distance. The sunrises, visible from the kitchen, dining area and master bedroom can be glorious!
Several grocery stores are just a 3 to 5 minute drive away as is Pelican Beach park with extensive picnic facilities.
The setting is peaceful and comfortable. Stay here for a fantastic experience: relaxing and fun.
