About this property

Marina Sol Best Located Condo! Walk to Mendano Beach, Marina, Town or Mall

Pool view one bedroom one bathroom condo with a bonus alcove that has a Murphy's bed! Very comfortable unit with a King bed in the bedroom, a queen sofa bed and a double/queen Murphy's bed in the Alcove.
Patio overlook the lush green gardens and the pool. Have your breakfast on the patio overlooking our little paradise in Cabo! A BBQ is also on the patio to grill any fish you may catch. This condo is in the A building with elevators and a ramp to lobby for easy accessibility.
Condo has all the basic necessaries for your stay. TV in living room, DVD player, private wifi and the complex has basic cable.
Our complex has a large heated swimming Pool, Oasis bar and Grill, Mini Market, Serranos Wine Bar and Restaurant.

The location is unbeatable! You can walk anywhere! Mendano beach is 1 block, Parasio Mall is 1 block, The Marina is 1 Block, Town is one block. You do not need to rent a car. City Club is 2 blocks away. Walmart is about 1 mile away.
Special pricing for 10 nights or more - please email for details. Christmas time and The month of March have holiday rates. Please email any questions.

**Please note - If you reside outside of the USA and the VRBO charges an international fee - you will be responsible for this charge.
**If there is a cancellation for any reason, there will be a $200 cancellation fee. We will do our best to re-book the dates and the balance will be refunded. If we cannot re-book the days then they owner can consider letting guest use the condo during low season.

Nice, clean place with all the amenities of home -- and at a great rate. Two queen beds make it perfect for two couples or a family of four. Marina Sol is an excellent location for access to the beach, marina, or downtown. All easily walkable distances. The owner (Lorie) was also quickly responsive. I booked at the very last minute and she got me set up immediately. Always appreciated!

Fantastic Stay

The location of Marina Sol is perfect. Walking distance to the beach & downtown nightlife / restaurants. The pool is relaxing. Room is on a low level near the front street, a little noise at night.
