This first floor property contains shutters, a gas fireplace, queen sized bed with ceiling fan, bathroom with quartz top double vanity, full sized sleeper-sofa, new quartz kitchen countertops with stainless steel sink, new appliances, full size stacked washer/dryer, access to pool with jacuzzi, and one secure underground parking space (with elevator). Walk (15 min), bike or ride bus to the beach. Close to Bolsa Chica Wetlands and Bolsa Chica State Beach (2 minute drive), shopping (Trader Joe's, Albertson's, Ralph's & Mother’s Market) as well as restaurants (Red Table, The Hang Out, Super Mex, Harbor House, Captain Jack's, Pelican Isle, Riip Brewery, Starbucks, Subway, McDonald's, etc.) in Huntington Harbor and Sunset Beach. Pets considered. NO NIGHTLY OR WEEKLY RENTALS PLEASE.
