Born/raised in Michigan, moved to Colorado after college where I started my career. After 15 years in CO, corporate America move me to Southern California in 2017 and I chose Huntington Beach.
After renting for 4 years, I fell in love with the people, community, local events, and beach lifestyle. In 2021, I was fortunate enough to have the opportunity to purchase this house.
The house, built in 1988 had not had much attention since then. Learning new DIY skills and remodeling has now become a hobby, and also help my family/friends with their projects as well.
I enjoy being a host to provide an option to those that don’t require a hotel/resort with resort fees and parking that can add up to over $100/night
When I am not doing my corporate responsibilities, I almost always have a project going on at the house. I also enjoy staying active, the beach, sports, music, traveling, good food/drinks, golf, and new experiences.
Whether you stay for a few nights or longer, I hope you get a chance to interact with the community and fall in love with the area as much as I have.

Why they chose this property
Some would argue that this location is in one of the most the highly desired areas in all of downtown. Close enough to the action but far enough for peaceful/safe living.
Two locally owned coffee shops/cafes within 1- block (interested to know which one you like better), park within 2 blocks, and 4 blocks to the beach. Main Street (5 blocks) plenty more dining options and shops and 10 blocks to Pacific City shopping district (higher end) options.
