Relax in this raised beach home in Surfside Beach. You will enjoy 3 bedrooms each with private bath. Start your day with breakfast made in the fully equipped kitchen and enjoy the ocean breeze from the screened front porch. One covered screened porch on main level. Master bedroom on 2nd level features access to upper deck with a peak a boo ocean view! Just a short half block walk to the well maintained beach in Surfside, known as the "family beach". Just a few stairs and a very short boardwalk and you are on the beach! Very convenient location, you can easily walk, bicycle or golf cart to local restaurants, parks and fishing piers. Handicapped beach access one block down. Walk to oceanfront restaurant/bar.

This house is beautifully decorated, has a convenient layout for families, and the private pool was perfect. Conveniently located one block from the beach, and less than 5 minutes from anything you’d like to do in Surfside or Garden City. The host was very good about communicating with us, very friendly, and the check in process was easy.

There's a reason this property has so many positive reviews! The updates and upgrades to the inside of the home as well as the pool area are beautiful.The location is wonderful. We recommend renting a golf cart to get to both Surfside Beach and Garden City Beach for lunch, drinks, shopping, whatever.Dave and Jen were excellent hosts and communication and check-in and check-out with them were all quick and easy. If you're looking to stay in Surfside, I highly recommend this property. Thanks, Dave and Jen, for opening your home to us so we could have such wonderful week with family.

Exceeded our expectations. So close to the beach but our kids didn't want to leave the pool. The pool seems to be a little bigger than the other properties in the area. You can tell the host really wants guests to enjoy their stay.

Second year returning to ‘Sandy Cheeks’, it’s without a doubt my favorite place to visit, the house has everything you could want, is in a perfect location, close to beach, dining, night entertainment and of course the luxury of a private pool. I can’t say enough good things about Dave and Jen also, from the second we booked they can’t do enough to help and answer any questions.Would recommend 1000%

This was clean and well maintained. Pool area was beautiful! Short walk to the beach. So many small appliances and kitchen tools/ dishes. Easy to prepare meals and enjoy our time. Even the knives were sharp. We would stay here again! Loved the front porch screened in too.

This was our first time staying in a vacation home instead of a condo, and we absolutely loved it. The house was clean, comfortable, and had everything our family needed for a relaxing trip.The private pool was a huge hit—we spent a lot of time swimming and lounging without having to worry about crowds. The beach was just a short walk away, which made it easy to go back and forth throughout the day.Check-in was super easy and stress-free, which helped us start our vacation off on the right foot.
