We have stayed here the last two years and they have been very accommodating on all of our requirements. Pool was very clean and we had plenty of room for our guests and vehicles. We will definitely continue to use this host for future stays.

Meticulously clean and well kept property. Convenient location with short walk to nice beach and private pool lets you have two great options for sunning and swimming. Very responsive host and easy check-in/out process. This home is as wonderful as it looks in the pictures!

Perfect home for our annual visit to the area. Check in/out process very smooth and host was very communicative and responded quickly-Dave went above and beyond to ensure we had a great stay. Home was clean and cozy, pool was perfect and we enjoyed use of the pool floats too! Tons of house space and we enjoyed coffee on the deck. Perfect location to beach and everything we needed was right there- we even got into the board games! This was our first time in many years staying in a new home in Surfside - we would stay again. Value for the house and location plus private pool was fantastic!!

This beach house has everything you would want and more, great location, close to restaurants, nice beach, pool was great, we rented a golf cart the whole time we were there, which was also very fun.

This is our 3rd year staying at Sandy Cheeks & it has always been a great experience. Everything we need for week with family is provided. Summer month rentals are a bit pricey but within the range for beach property. All questions asked of the host, David, were answered promptly & I believe he would do his best to solve any problems. An excellent location & includes all you’d need for your get-a-way!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The pool is beautiful and the perfect size for a small/medium size group. The beach access is one block away making carrying chairs, coolers etc. super doable. The house was updated and clean as pictured. I would definitely return!

This house is beautifully decorated, has a convenient layout for families, and the private pool was perfect. Conveniently located one block from the beach, and less than 5 minutes from anything you’d like to do in Surfside or Garden City. The host was very good about communicating with us, very friendly, and the check in process was easy.
