Unwind and Rejuvenate at this Tropical Paradise in San Pancho
Watch an amazing sunset over the ocean at the spacious poolside deck. The beach is only a 2 minute walk.
The house is custom built by renowned local architect Estela Mendoza and is located in one of the nicest areas of San Pancho.
Marble tile flooring through out the house and the decks.
The fully-equipped kitchen boasts granite countertops and a breakfast bar.
Each bedroom is nicely private with own deck and separated from other areas with en-suite bathrooms with open-air showers.
The beautiful infinity pool is surrounded by spacious deck which is truly relaxing and magical with beautiful ocean and jungle views.
The town's main street with variety of restaurants and stores is about a 10 minute walk along the beach or slightly longer if you decide to take the road. There is a nice restaurant called Mar Plata just below the house as well.
The hillside location provides a cooling breeze and unforgettable tropical ocean views.
Easy access and parking for your car inside the gates.

Why they chose this property
My husband and I have been looking for a warmer place to get away from our rather dark long winter for many years but non of the places we went were quite right untill we came to San Pancho. We liked it right away and when we saw Casa Ava, we fell in love.
You would wake up in the morning with loud bird's songs and go to bed with the sound of waves hitting the shore.
I hope you'll love this paradice as much as we do!

This house takes full advantage of it's location. Designed to enjoy the view from everywhere while respecting the nature.
