Covenience great! Cleanliness not so great

We were close to beach access and grocery and loved it. The home needs some TLC and a very deep cleaning. Make sure you take all the extras. Toilet paper, paper towels, dish detergent, trash bags… everything. Also the owner has no grill so if you want to grill… take one and do it downstairs… not on the porch.

Great location for an OKI getaway

Property is extremely close to beach access and within walking distance of Publix and Dominos. Outdoor shower makes it easy to get sand off before going into the house. Short drive to 46th for activities at Middleton park. Host was responsive and timely with all communications. I would recommend staying here as a couple or as a family with kids who no longer need a tub for baths.

Great getaway

This is nice quiet place to stay, conveniently located ,comfy bed and nice hot shower. Ralph was a great host and went out of his way to accommodate our needs.

We grew up in the north and happily moved south 12 years ago. We discovered Oak Island soon after, and fell in love with the area. We hope that you will too.

Why they chose this property

When we first saw the property, we loved the location and saw the potential. After months of renovation, it is now ready for others to enjoy. You will have less than a 2 minute walk to the beach and multiple views of the ocean from inside the house. Park your car and relax. You can also walk to nearby restaurants and the grocery store.

What makes this property unique

View the ocean from 2 of the 3 bedrooms. Sit on the front porch and relax, while listening to the ocean. Catch a sneak peak of the ocean from porch as well.
