Beautiful landscape, private front yard, a private deck and patio equipped for a fantastic summer BBQ experience, and balcony with a view of the Madrona, Madison Park, Denny-Blaine neighborhoods.
Built in 1901, this charming 1100sq ft townhouse has its own private entrance, garage and offers all the necessary appliances and entertainment that will make your stay unforgettable. It is comfortable and quiet!! The apartment is close to downtown, Lake Washington, The Arboretum, Seattle Japanese Garden, Washington Park Playfied, restaurants, coffee shops and stores.

After a thrilling day exploring the city, relax in the main living area with a glass of wine or a hot cup of Seattle coffee and watch your favorite cable or TV shows.
