Needs some love
Arrived late at night. Unable to access entry. Call to Vacasa. Opened lock box and obtained key. Shopped for groceries and back to the condo and key wouldn’t open the door. Second call to Vacasa. Keypad on other entry door with new code. Success. Unable to get either TV’s working. 3rd call at 11:30 pm. We were told someone would be coming the following day to get things working. It was Easter so I didn’t expect to see anyone. Mini blinds in both bedrooms with missing/broken slats. Tub not draining. My husband used the plunger to get it working but still not adequate. Towel bar loose and had been taped. Toilet paper holder falling apart. Wet coffee grounds in pot from whenever? I turned the place upside down and found the cable and hooked up the tv in the living room and found the correct remote control the following day and some batteries to get that working on day 4. So, as one figured out that no one showed up! I called about a missing hair dryer. The owner did order one and delivered the following day. Owner also offered to replace the blinds. I thought it best as it was day 5 not to impose on us and hopefully they will replace them along with everything else for future renters. Dirty and creaking boxspring in bedroom. Pillows thin. Now I will end with a positive note. The location is excellent. I have stayed at other units at this same complex and have been very comfortable and happy. With some TLC and better service this would also be a great place to stay.
