Another unit we'd love to share with you! Ground floor unit just steps from the beautiful Wailua Bay. Ask anyone, Lae nani is the premier resort of the Coconut Coast; your vacation is sure to exceed your expectations.

Enjoy a cup of Kauai's famous coffee while watching the sunrise. Walk out your lanai to enjoy the magnificent grounds, koi ponds and of course, the ocean that's right there! Spend the day at the beach within steps on the unit. If you are truly fortunate, a viewing of a monk seal on the beach, is a treat. (Be sure to keep your distance though, they are a protected species!) Everything you want from an ocean front condo is here for you to enjoy.

This renovated, fully furnished unit has tile floors in kitchen, living and bath areas. Kitchen includes new stainless steel appliances and all kitchen accessories. New glass topped dining table with 4 chairs. Flat screen TV in living room. Fold out sleeper sofa. Wireless WiFi to keep in touch with the world. All bedroom furniture including a king size bed, dresser and linens. Walk in tile shower and double sink in the bathroom.
Adjustable reading lights next to bed for those that want to read "just one more chapter" before settling down for the night.

Although the unit does not have air conditioning, it does have new ceiling fans throughout, including on the lanai, when a bit of additional cooling is desired. Comfortable lanai chairs and table for the total experience of living in a tropical paradise.

Parking is just a few feet from your front door providing ease of access for all. No stairs necessary to enter unit.

Swimming pool, gas barbeques, tennis court and laundry available on site to add to your comfort and enjoyment.

Located in Kapaa, on Kauai's East Coast, it's location is perfect for those wanting a mid-point location when choosing to run to the north or the west side of the island.

Within walking distance of the Coconut Marketplace Shopping Center with gift stores, art galleries, cafes and fun. Restaurants and groceries also within minutes of the condo.

Relaxing Kauai stay

Great stay at Shari and Craig’s property , everything is completely as advertised and has everything you will need for your stay. The location is ideal for touring both the north and southern parts of the island !

Amazing place !

You can not go wrong staying here ! This property is the best location on island and the condo is amazing ! Owners were wonderful to work with although while here we did not need to contact them as everything was perfect .

Lovely Resort

Beachfront condo

The location on the island is great. Only about 30 minutes to the north side and 30 to the south. Also, the view from the patio is unbeatable. Would definitely stay here again.

Great stay at Lae Nani

Communication with the property manager was great and the check in process was super easy with door code and parking. The condo was clean and well stocked. The location was unbeatable with the beach a few steps away and the marketplace close by. Safeway and Longs was just a couple minutes away down the highway and the north shore about 40 mins. Overall, great place to stay. Next time, we'll stay longer!

Loved our Lae Nani stay!

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay here. The condo was the perfect size for us, had everything we needed and the bed was comfortable. The additional beach chairs provided, cooler, towels and umbrella were a nice surprise too and very useful. No air conditioning was no problem as condo is well-ventilated with windows for the island breeze. Location is super convenient with shops & restaurants close by within walking distance and easy to get to the north and south parts of the island. Our favorite part though, was the view from the patio and being able to walk right outside to the beach. Beautiful grounds on the property as well. We will definitely recommend to others and we hope to be back someday ourselves!

Better than a honeymoon suite!

There was nothing to dislike about this home away from home! They had everything you could need for a beach day and more, the house was a perfect size for two people and the view couldn’t get any better. Craig and Shari were awesome, fast replying and ready to help or answer anything we asked. It was truly an awesome and great experience!

A lovely spot

We really enjoyed our stay here. It's just a few steps from the beach and at low tide you can spot tropical fish swimming in the protected areas without even needing snorkeling gear. We spent more time at the condo than we intended because the patio and ocean breeze is just so pleasant. The only thing I wished for but didn't find was a rack for drying swimsuits, towels, and some laundry. Otherwise, it had everything we needed. I would happily stay here again.

Beautiful place

We loved our stay here. We were a little surprised that there was no air conditioning, it was in the listing, I just missed it! However, it was okay in the mornings and once the sun went down. We were usually out most of the day anyway. Everything was in working order and just as it was stated in the listing. We loved sitting out on the lanai each morning drinking our coffee. Mahalo!

Fantastic experience

We had an absolutely wonderful experience here. We spent lots of time relaxing on the patio enjoying the beautiful view of the landscaped grounds and ocean beyond. Being on the ground floor was perfect because we could wander out onto the grass with our toddler and run around. And then around the corner is a protected cove perfect for kids to swim and the pool as well. With a well equipped kitchen and a market 5 min walk away we were able to balance cooking at home with going out to restaurants. And the location on the island was super easy as a home base from which to explore. Everything was perfect. We would return in a heartbeat.

Wonderful for families

We just stayed here in June 2022 and had a relaxing, nice time. The kitchen is nicely remodeled. Being on the ground floor and being able to walk straight out to the grass/beach area was worth every penny. We have stayed at this resort several times in various places and this was one of our favorites. We have small children, so being able to let our toddler hangout on the lanai with us and run on the grass while the baby napped inside was priceless. They had all of the beach necessities (towels, umbrella, lounge chairs). The ceiling fans and extra fans in the closet worked great for keeping the place cool. Nice shower and bathrooms. Overall would definitely recommend this place!

Our family has been coming to Kauai for years. We were there when the first stop light was installed in Lihue! When we decided to purchase our own home away from home, we choose Kapaa. The most beautiful beaches on the island are on the east side of the island. Lush flowers and sparkling waterfalls! We hope you enjoy our slice of paradise as much as we do!
