Nice family stay july 2019

Perfect house for children with a nice garden and a lot of activities nearby if you have a car. The promised AC only worked in 2 of the bedrooms and the cellar part of the building smelled and looked a bir funky. The hostess was very helpful and everything from check in to check out was smooth.

Merci Adam pour votre gentil commentaire et vos petites remarques. Concernant la climatisation, c'était précisé dans l'annonce qu'elle ne fonctionnait seulement dans 2 chambres, nous avons mis à disposition plusieurs ventilateurs dans les autres pièces. Concernant le sous sol, ou " la Taverne", c'est une pièce particulière qui a son grand avantage en été, c'est qu'elle est fraiche naturellement sans climatisation, bien entendu, il faut ouvrir toutes les fenêtres pour aérer suffisamment la grande pièce... Das Haus entsprach den Angaben des Inserates.Die Kommunikation mit Beatrice war ausgezeichnet. Von diesen Haus aus konnten wir all die Orte optimal erreichen die wir erkunden wollten wie Florenz, Siena, Genua, Elba, Wir waren vom Haus und seiner Ausstattung gleichfalls begeistert.

Die Ferienunterkunft war okay. Man muss aber sagen, die Villa ist eine Doppelhaushälfte und von nebenan konnte man einiges hören.Wir hatten ausreichend Platz, auch für das Auto. Das wir Klimaanlagen hatten war sehr gut. Zwei Gartenstühle war sehr bequem, die anderen waren nur instabile Plastikstühle. In der direkten Nachbarschaft sind mehrere Hunde, die oft laut gebellt haben. Die Sauberkeit im Haus war in Ordnung, aber es war eunige Dinge (Kleidung ) im Haus, die ich meine nicht in einer Ferienwohnung sein sollten, es sei denn, es ist Hauscharing. Die Küche fand ich auch nicht so sauber, an Wänden und Decken waren Spinnweben, es machte den den Eindruck von sauber. Im Kühlschrank sollte eigentlich nichts stehen bleiben (laut Anordnung der Besitzer), doch tatsächlich waren einige Lebensmittel noch vorhanden und ssuber war der Kühlschrank auch nicht.Also insgesamt für die Ferienwohnung in Schulnoten eine drei.War uns aber g

Schöne Zeit in der Toskana

Die Villa in einem typisch italienischen Wohngebiet (in der Nähe Hunde, Hühner und viele Vögel, die man schon morgens gehört hat) war sehr schön, das Außengelände wunderbar schattig und gut ausgestattet. Die Einrichtung selbst war etwas altmodisch, aber okay und ausreichend, vor allem was Geschirr und Küchengeräte angeht; ein paar Handtücher mehr wären gut gewesen. Außerdem war leider in zwei Räumen die Klimaanlage defekt und dadurch das Haus sehr warm. Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin war absolut problemlos und freundlich, wir können das Objekt nur weiterempfehlen.

Casa ottima e ben posizionata, molto pulita ed attrezzatissima. Proprietaria cortese e puntuale nelle risposte. Ottima x per ragazzi ed anche x il mio cane. Unica pecca il mare e la taverna ha un’odore di chiuso è invivibile x quanto mi riguarda… Per il resto consigliatissima è molto molto bella

Schöes Haus in Camaiore

Schönees Haus mit guter Ausstattung in Camaiore, Strand mit dem Auto gut zu erreichen. Ein kleines Stück am Rand von Camaiore findet sich auch ein wirklich schöner u. großer Freier Strand, wenn man die zugebauten Strand an der Promenade nicht nutzen will. Wirklich gute Restaurants in der Nähe vom Haus, Eisdiele, Fleischerei, kleiner Einkaufsladen, Manufaktur für frische Nudeln. Alles gut zu Fuß zu erreichen mit wirklich gute Qualität zu fairen Preisen. Wenn man abends mal keine Lust hat nochmal in die Stadt oder Promenade zu fahren sind hier sehr gute Alternativen zu finden. Zu dem Haus gehört auch ein sehr schöner Garten, der immer wieder zum relaxen einlädt. Der Kontakt mit den Vermieter per Email oder WhatsApp immer sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit sowie nette Nachbarn. Alles in allem war es ein wirklich schöner Urlaub in dem Haus und natürlich in der Toskana.

Wir hatten eine gute Zeit

Wir waren zu Viert mit zwei Erwachsenen und zwei kleinen Kindern zwei Wochen im September zu Gast in Camaiore. Das Haus ist wirklich sehr gut ausgestattet - auch für einen längeren Aufenthalt. Ganz besonders gut hat uns die grosse Küche gefallen. Hier gibt es einen sehr guten Gasherd und eine wunderbare Kaffeemaschine. Für vier Personen ist reichlich Platz vorhanden. Die Lage ist sofern man ein Auto hat auch recht gut, denn bis zum Meer sind es nur zehn Autominuten. Ein paar Meter von dem Haus ist eine gute Pizzeria und weitere Restaurants sind in der Nähe. Wir hätten uns darüber gefreut, wenn bei der Ankunft die Bettwäsche etwas besser zurecht gelegt worden wäre. Wir hatten Mühe damit die richtige Wäsche zu finden. Was definitiv fehlt ist eine Spülmaschine. Der Keller mit weiteren Betten riecht muffig und ist für Übernachtungen nicht geeignet. Das Tor zur Einfahrt war während meines Aufenthaltes nicht benutzbar. Trotz der kleinen Mängel gibt es angesichts des relativ günstigen Preises eine klare Empfehlung von mir.

Tolles Haus als Augangsbasis für die Toskana

Liebevoll eingerichtetes Haus, alles da was das Herz im Urlaub begehrt. WLAN funktioniert, großer Fernseher (ital. Sender), tw. Klimaanlage, großer Garten mit Spielgeräten für Kinder,... Lage ist ideal, um die Toskana zu erkunden und hin und weider einmal an den Strand von Camaiore zu gehen. Pisa und Lucca sind "um die Ecke", Florenz eine gute Autostunde entfernt, viele weitere nicht ganz so beaknnte Ziele in der Nähe (unbedingt Steinbrüche in Carrara besuchen..., Wir kommen gerne wieder

Séjour très agréable

Villa particulièrement adaptée à une famille avec enfants. Une balançoire, un trampoline, un petit toboggan et un ballon de foot avec un but complètent agréablement le beau jardin entièrement clôturé et sécurisé. Aucun problème pour laisser vos enfants gambader pendant que vous préparez un BBQ à l'ombre du palmier. Logement très agréable pour loger confortablement deux adultes et 2 enfants. En utilisant les lits au sous sol vous pouvez accueillir encore 2 à 4 personnes. Située à 30 min en voiture de Pise et à 10 min du bord de mer l'emplacement est idéal pour rayonner dans toute la région. Convenablement équipée, cette villa fournit des prestations très acceptables compte tenu de la tarification proposée. Nous avons juste dû batailler avec le chauffage pour réussir à l’allumer et trouver la bonne température. Mis à part ceci la maison est parfaite et nous vous la recommandons.

Maison bien située et quartier très sympa.

Belle maison, très bien équipée, même si le lave vaisselle au sous-sol n'est pas pratique. Le jardin est lui-aussi très agréable. Dommage que la climatisation ne fonctionne pas dans l'une des chambres et dans la pièce principale, la chaleur étant parfois insupportable. Le sous-sol reste assez frais et c'est bien appréciable. Le wifi marche très bien. Le quartier est très agréable, avec des petits commerces accessibles à pieds et une très bonne pizzeria. La voisine qui gère les arrivées et départs est très gentille. La maison est très bien située pour aller à la plage, à Pise, Florence, Lucques, les Cinque Terre...

Effectivement cet été a été particulièrement chaud, mais nous avions précisé dans l'annonce que la climatisation ne fonctionnait seulement que dans 2 chambres et que la Taverne ou le sous sol était néanmoins agréable par sa fraîcheur. (Aussi, nous avons ajouter un ventilateur dans le séjour) Merci pour vos remarques, nous nous efforcerons à améliorer encore les prestations pour l'année prochaine. Ainsi, nous comptons faire la réparation des 2 autres climatiseurs avant l'été 2016.

La Dolce Vita en Toscane

J'ai passé un merveilleux séjour en famille dans cette villa située dans un cadre magnifique. La villa est superbe, bien entretenue, une propreté impeccable, joliment aménagée, spacieuse et fonctionnelle. Le jardin arboré, sécurisé, avec éclairage nocturne offre un bel espace de détente et un aire de jeux pour les enfants. J'ai aussi aimé cette villa pour le paysage luxuriant environnant (à découvrir la route de Chianti), la proximité des plages, de nombreux sites touristiques et pour la visite de Pise. L'accueil agréable, la bonne communication et la disponibilité de la propriétaire ainsi que ses précieux conseils et renseignements sur les diverses activités touristiques locales ont été autant d'atouts qui ont rendu ce séjour exceptionnel. Je recommande cette villa à tous ceux qui recherchent un magnifique point de départ agréable et reposant pour partir à la découverte de la sublime région de Toscane.
