Personally I loved the decor - all in my colors ! only 1 minor glitch. more detail re operation of barbecue, TV and kitchen stove. With help of friends we figured out the BBQ in time to salvage our 1st dinner and our newest official LPGA member did the tv. I did manage the kitchen stove. If I were to make a suggestion it would be to put dimmers on the overhead lights.Bottom line: we enjoyed our stay greatly.Cathy

The house was very nice and very clean. The yard was enclosed and dog friendly with the exception of a gap under the gate on one side. We took care of that with some fencing that we always bring. We really enjoyed the hot tub and pool. We liked the check in orientation and the management team was very responsive and helpful. We would definitely rent this house again.

A wonderful stay in the desert.

Our family spent a week in the Palm Desert/La Quinta area. This property had 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and had everything we needed. A wonderful safe area and quiet at night. A week kept property and a very enjoyable stay.

Home Away From Home

It’s was overall an excellent experience. My family and I got to enjoy the weekend by the pool and bbq. We also got to bring our small dog which was a bonus for us. Manager was a pleasure to work with. I would book again.

Most enjoyable stay

The property is in a nice neighborhood that is very conveniently located between two major roads - close to restaurants, groceries and Costco. The house itself was spotlessly clean, large and comfortable. The outside sitting area is very nice and the pool is great.

If I could give this property 10 stars I would. Everything was just as advertised and thensome. Clean, bright, beautiful. Property managers were helpful, accommodating, and super friendly. And that pool and spa - wow! Perfect break from the day the day to day. We'll be back for sure and you should too!

La Quinta

We enjoyed our stay in this nice residential area. We hiked, golfed and walked several times through the Living Desert. The grocery stores and restaurants are great in La Quinta and Palm Desert.

Beautiful Property

We made an impromptu decision to have a staycation within a reasonable distance of LA. The communication we effortless and the house is in a great location. The pool is beautiful and there are many areas to hang out and enjoy outside. Fully stocked kitchen with even a bowl for your fury friend.

The house and property were clean and nice. The interior decor and furniture was all modern and fresh. The kitchen was well stocked and well equipped. Outside areas ie pool, backyard were great, well furnished etc. The only issue we had was that the listing included a ‘Whirlpool spa’ with a note that heating of the pool/spa is extra. No mention was made of the ‘whirlpool’ function of the spa, ie the jets, that make it a ‘whirlpool spa’. A few hours before we arrived we were told that the unless we paid for heat (which we didn’t need, as it’s the middle of August), we could not use any of the other spa functions, even just for the jets. I pointed out that this was not noted in the listing. I was told that the listing doesn’t state ‘unlimited spa use’. That response is ridiculous, as the spa is listed under Amenities, and none of the other included amenities have ‘unlimited use’ noted. Ie unlimited use of the pool or unlimited use of the kitchen or beds… as the items in the ‘included amenities’ list, are presumed to be included. If I would’ve known that we could not use the Whirlpool spa at all, we would’ve chosen a different house for our vacation.The other thing issue is that although the listing shows a garage, it is not useable as such. It is instead set up as a game room, which was very hot as the AC doesn’t work in the garage. This rendered the garage unusable for parking, or gaming. Other than those 2 issues, it was a comfortable stay in a nice house.

Palm Springs Getaway 5/5

Great home in a quiet neighborhood. Plenty of space for a family getaway. The outdoor area with pool and hot tub were great. The check in process was very easy. We were met by Dawn who showed us the house and went over the instructions for the pool. We would recommend this house and hope to return in the future.

We were in LaQuinta for the Ironman race and this house was perfect for our stay. Close to the race venue and had all of the ammenities that we needed. Very clean house and everthing was in working order. Great host and communication! Thank you!

Perfect spring break get away!

Great updated beautiful home, well stocked kitchen with all the essentials, close to hiking, street fair, shopping and more. Only thing that is left to be updated is the pool decking but I'm sure that will be updated and as amazing as the rest of the property next time!

The home was beautiful and very clean , the only problem was the internet did not work and it was very hard to use the tvs .
