Very recently renovated in a cozy chic style, this pretty house, located on the same ground as the home of the owners of which it however well isolated by the distance and the large massifs of trees, is bathed in light and can accomodate 4 people ( + 1 cot) It has 2 bedrooms (one with a double bed, the other with 2 single beds, 1 bathroom, 1 separate toilet, 1 bathroom (sink + toilet), a beautiful living room, 1 fully equipped kitchen with dining area, open to the living room and terrace from which you can enjoy the beautiful view of the garden. Accessible by a grove path, it delights with its calm and beauty of the environment.

Wonderful and just perfect.

We spent a week of our vacation here, the house is wonderful and very lovingly furnished. As described, the property is very spacious and we were able to enjoy the peace and quiet at breakfast or while relaxing on the beautiful loungers. Thank you Laurence for the warm welcome and for the good time we were able to spend here. We can only warmly recommend the area, the house and the open-minded people here.

Charming Normandy

The cottage is wonderful, very well equipped (sharp knives!) and spacious. Plenty of room for a family of four. Olivier and Laurence are lovely hosts, and pointed out some very tasty restaurants, and directed us to the nearby town of Cormeilles, which is definitely worth a visit, especially the deli! The location is perfect for exploring Normandy and is close to the beach (and the seafood!), with plenty of attractions close at Hand. Liseaux is a 10 minute drive away and has a large supermarket, but there are plenty of local markets which are well worth a visit. Although the owners are onsite, the gite is private and we could come and go as we pleased. The village is a 10--15 minute walk away, and has a lovely boulanger and a small shop. We had a lovely time there and would certainly visit again. R&L&J&J

Nice house in a relaxing location

La Petite Demeure is in a beautiful, tranquil location, is extremely well presented and equipped and offers plenty of outside space. The owners were there to greet us and to give us a tour of the property, on arrival, and communication beforehand and during our stay was excellent. The beds were made, towels were provided and the house was spotless. There were pantry items and toiletries too. Close to hand, Blangy le Chateau has a boulangerie and epicerie, whilst there are supermarkets in Cormeilles and Pont l' Eveque for stocking up on supplies. There are many pretty villages nearby and the house's location provides an ideal base for visiting the beaches along this coastline and the Bayeux tapestry. (There is a supply of leaflets in the house showing the many possible days out). We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Zeer mooi vakantiehuis, vriendelijk ontvangen, 100% privacy, ook een mooie en hele grote tuin.We hebben wel hinder ondervonden van de directe buren: er wordt nog afval opgestookt en spijtig genoeg drie dagen aan één stuk. Dat vonden we wel zonde.

Wunderschönes kleines Haus in einer traumhaften Umgebung

Ein wunderschönes kleines Haus zum Wohlfühlen, u.E. ideal für 2 Personen, auf einem schönen großen Grundstück mit hohen alten Bäumen. Sehr ländlich gelegen in der traumhaften Landschaft des Pays d'Auge. Problemlose und sehr freundliche Kommunikation mit den Vermietern. Ausflüge in die nähere und weitere Umgebung sehr lohnenswert. Belle maison de vacances dans un endroit calme à la périphérie de Blangy-le-Château

La maison de vacances est située juste à l'extérieur de Blangy-le-Château sur une grande propriété appartenant au propriétaire, entourée d'arbres et de haies. La maison de vacances offre beaucoup d'espace au rez-de-chaussée avec une cuisine / salle à manger / salon et des toilettes séparées. Devant la maison, vous pouvez prendre le petit déjeuner / manger confortablement ou simplement vous détendre. A l'étage il y a deux chambres ainsi qu'une salle de bain et un WC séparé. La maison est joliment meublée et très bien équipée (cuisine, lave-vaisselle, lave-linge, grill, etc.). Dans le village (environ 2 km) il y a une boulangerie et une petite épicerie ; autres possibilités de shopping à Pont-l'Évêque ou Cormeilles. L'emplacement calme de la maison de vacances offre un point de départ idéal pour explorer la Normandie. Nous avons passé une semaine très agréable et reposante en Normandie. Un grand merci à Laurence et Olivier, qui ont toujours répondu rapidement à nos questions et ont été facilement joignables (eMail / WhatsApp). Merci beaucoup! Das Ferienhaus liegt etwas außerhalb von Blangy-le-Chateau auf einem großen Grundstück des Eigentümers, umgeben von Bäumen und Hecken. Das Ferienhaus bietet viel Platz im Erdgeschoss mit Küche / Essbereich / Wohnzimmer und einer separaten Toilette. Vor dem Haus kann man gemütlich frühstücken/essen oder einfach nur relaxen. Im Obergeschoss befinden sich zwei Schlafzimmer sowie ein Badezimmer und eine separate Toilette. Das Haus ist schön eingerichtet und sehr gut ausgestattet (Küche, Spülmaschine, Waschmaschine, Grill, etc.). Im Ort (ca. 2 km) gibt es einen Bäcker und einen kleinen Lebensmittelladen; weitere Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in Pont-l'Évêque oder Cormeilles. Die ruhige Lage des Ferienhauses bietet einen idealen Ausgangspunkt, um die Normandie zu erkunden. Wir haben eine sehr angenehme und erholsame Woche in der Normandie verbracht. Ein großes Dankeschön an Laurence und Olivier, die unsere Fragen immer schnell beantwortet haben und gut erreichbar waren (eMail / WhatsApp). Vielen Dank!

Séjour agréable et reposant

Endroit parfait pour un bol d'air

Nous avons aimé cette adresse pour son calme,sa nature,ses oiseaux.Quel espace,quelle nature!Dans les arbres une petite maison bien aménagée,confortable et propre.Tout pour respirer et se ressourcer,loin de la foule,du bruit. Proche de jolis villages,de la mer.A refaire plus longtemps.

Un petit paradis au vert

Laurence et son époux ont été très disponibles en amont et durant le séjour. Une petite maison pleine d'authenticité décorée avec bon goût, dans un parc arboré et au calme. Tout à disposition pour passer un moment de détente et de sérénité en famille. Bien que familiers de la région nous avons découvert cette partie plus retirée du Pays D'auge et le charme des petits villages. Pour de prochaines longues vacances nous reviendrons certainement chez vous ! Merci et à bientôt

Wunderschönes Urlaubsziel

An Oasis in Normandy

This home is absolutely delightful. After several weeks of traveling and staying in hotels, the quiet private grounds surrounding this peaceful home were a joy and relief. The home is very comfortable and clean. The bedrooms have roof windows on either side which allow for a cool breeze at night. The bathrooms have all necessary amenities. The washing machine was handy after a few weeks of travel. The kitchen was well supplied to prepare meals. We greatly enjoyed the bakery and patisserie in the village, and there is a good grocery store nearby in Lisieux for all cooking needs if you choose to eat in. The outdoor table and chairs provided pleasant lounging and dining in the summer evening air. Laurence and Oliver were terrific and easy to contact if needed. Their house is on the property but hidden behind a stand of large trees and bushes, so everyone enjoys their privacy. The property also has a security gate, so the place feels very safe and secure. The location is a good home base if you want to explore multiple parts of Normandy and don't mind driving, but I would be content to stay put and just lay around reading a good book for a few days. This is definitely a great get away from a hot city summer and a nice place to come home to after being elbow-to-elbow with Normandy tourists at the busier spots.

La paix dans un jardin magnifique

Tout est exactement comme l’annonce! Il n’y manque rien! Jamais vu ça! Les produits de base y sont pour l’arrivée. Béatrice nous accueille très bien et facile de tout comprendre. Pour 2, ce fut super de prendre la chambre d’enfants comme dressing. On est au centre pour visiter les plages de Cabourg à Honfleur et le Calvados. Proprios bien sympathiques. On serait rester plus longtemps!... Expérience à renouveler! Merci !

A delightful property with a wonderful garden

We had the perfect week in Blangy-le-Château. Laurence was great to communicate with, very quick with responses to questions and excellent directions. Firstly, the house is beautifully decorated, it was a pleasure to come back to at the end of the day. Everywhere was spotlessly clean and there was always plenty of hot water. The garden is amazing, you are surrounded by green space. Having dinner out on the patio was lovely, you feel as though you are in your own private park! There are lots of good restaurants in Cormeilles, which is only a short drive away. We followed Laurence’s recommendations and had two delicious and reasonable meals out there. There is also a large supermarket and some delicious boulangeries. The property is well placed for day trips. We went to Bayeux and saw the tapestry; Deauville, which has a lovely big beach and town, Honfleur, which is beautiful and also has a shopping outlet, and the D-Day beaches. My daughter loved the amusement park, Festyland, which has lots of good rides for all ages and was deserted when we visited. All in all, we had a great week. I would strongly recommend this property and the area and we hope to return soon.
