Beautiful waterfront property on Crescent Lake, Maine available this summer for our first rental season. While some renovations are still in process, many more have been completed. There are five bedrooms, newly carpeted and painted, all with new mattresses. Three bathrooms, renovated, with new toilets, vanities and floors. The kitchen has been updated with stainless steel appliances and fresh paint. The living room/dining room boasts an open floor plan with plenty of room for all, with doors to an outside deck. There is an additional living room/den on the second floor and gorgeous views through the abundance of windows. Add to this, a flat lot with a beautiful, sunny and sandy beach, dock, fire pit and wifi ... you'll never want to leave. Available late July, August, September and October.

Great house on a beautiful lake

The host was really good about answering our questions before our stay. Check-in process was smooth and the house was very clean. The host even had some outdoor beach toys available, which the kids enjoyed playing with. There was plenty of space in the house. We would definitely consider coming back, maybe even with a larger group, as we did not end up using all the beds this time. The kitchen allowed us to eat some meals at the house instead of going out for every meal. You can't beat the location on the water and even though we vacationed at the end of the season we still went in for a swim and enjoyed jumping off the small floating dock, too. We enjoyed hiking nearby and even made it into Freeport and Portland during our Maine vacation. I would definitely recommend this rental.
