New Sebago Lake home with a great lawn to a wonderful sandy beach. First floor master suite with master bathroom. Open concept kitchen/dining and living area. Second floor features 2 more bedrooms with a full bathroom and tub. Deck with a gas grill. There is a dock if you have a boat or want to rent one. Fourth bedroom in the walk out basement with a game room. It is a great property with all amenities wi fi central air and washer and dryer.
