House 250' from beach in a private community with a private beach. Sleeps 12, 5 bedrooms, 3-1/2 baths plus large outdoor shower. Washer/Dryer, full modern kitchen, first and second floor master king suites, queen bedroom with dual entry bathroom. 1000 sqft wraparound deck with gas grill, table, cushioned furniture and more. Three large screen Smart-TVs with full cable. WiFi throughout. Office with computer table, chair, monitor, printer, and sofa bed. Second floor family room with sofa bed in foyer. First floor living room open to dining and kitchen. Two refrigerators. Whole house backup standby generator.

Rentals are Sat - Sat, 7 night multiples. House must be left broom clean, dishes/utensils cleaned and put away, and abusive use or stains requiring excessive cleaning are not encountered.
