The vacation was great, the house was beautiful but not as clean as I’d thought it would be, but not sorry gross per se. The beds were comfy, the amenities were amazing. The property was beautiful. Reasonably priced. However the check in process was lacking; were did not get the information and keys to access the house until well after our check in time, but the property manager finally got it to me after I freaked out and was literally on the phone with VRBO to get a full refund after cringing over 10 hours there. Other than that, everything was great! We had a blast!!! All in all, I would definitely stay again. The house was roomy and at up beautifully! We made some of the best memories!!! My only thing is the back porch needs to be screened in but we did a lot of back porch sitting just talking and laughing for hours, having a great time!

It was a great place to stay family friendly if you're looking to be able to go hang out and then have a ride back they have shuttle transportation to the pool to the beach overall is a very great stay The grill at the place wasn't in the best of condition other than that the place was great they also had bikes for the kids that weren't maintenanced but it was a great place to stay

For the money we paired was expecting more. On the back deck two plastic chairs and two old chairs only, no table as shown in picture. The family room TV had a blue hue to it and we reset to factory settings no luck, needs to be replaced. None of the remote controls for fan in bedroom worked upon arrival had to replace all the batteries. There were limited glasses in kitchen, asked couple driving in to bring some from there house. Overall we were very disappointed with this rental, while they are one of the lower priced on in Lost Key we now know why, there are much better ones!!!

We love the Lost Key Neighborhood and the Property Managers were wonderful with communication and troubleshooting check-in.The unit could use some touch-ups and just overall maintenance however i understand that it's a unit that allows pets so i try to meter my expectations but i still wish it had been kept better.

We loved it here and plan on staying next year! They were great to work with and it was very clean and there was lots of room! Pool was great and the access to the beach was amazing as well!

Great stay and given the chance would likely stay there again. All the bathrooms had soap and paper products, enough towels and cloths for a family. House was clean and everything was in order.House shows some wear and tear on the carpet and walls, but otherwise it’s a great place.

This was the perfect place for our family of 8. We love that it has 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. The 4 bathrooms were perfect for coming off the beach, allowing half of us to shower at a time. This condo is very nice and pretty much had everything we needed. More towels for the showers would have been a plus. Bring extra toilet paper and paper towels if you plan on staying a week. The shuttle to the beach club was our favorite thing! You call it, it shows up to your door to pick you up and brings you back. With limited parking at all beaches, this is a huge plus! The host was friendly and always replied to any questions we had. We would definitely stay here again. Great location!

Property management should be embarrassed. Fithy carpet with trails throughput most areas. Dirty, used dishes in cabinets. Overflowing trash upon arrival, had to ask security where dumoster was. Grill filthy with broken bottles on back patio. Many bathroom lbulbs not working. Dishwasher leaking, notice water stains underneath in garage so not new issue. Mold in master shower. We put blankets on heavily stain matresses. Main row TV image fading to blue screen. Couches stained and appeared resued from Goodwill. Messaged manager upon arrival and next day was told, "we will look into it". Luxury townhouse should lower it's opinion.

Great Lost Key Duplex

Huge home with a bathroom for each bedroom. Clean, bright, great location in a golf community. Pool and gym right on the same road. Loved every minute of it. Only drawback was the riptide at the beach.

Great House!!

The check in process was a bit rocky and the house wasn't cleaned upon us finally getting access. BUT as soon as the property owners found out the situation it was quickly rectified. We had a great time. The place was very clean and ready to go. We could not get the front door code to work, but we were able to get through the garage. Lost Key was beautifully equipped. We took advantage of the shuttle. Convenient to get to the beach, no need to search for parking. Loved how each bedroom had their own bathroom. Very handy. Looking to come back soon.

1.The home was professionally cleaned & inspected for cleanliness by the owner of the company. She reassured us that the home was cleaned to a high level of industry standard for vacation rentals. We have been using this cleaning company for the past 6 months & have had no complaints. The previous guest left us a 5 star review. 2. You checked in on Christmas Eve, for a 3 day stay. You notified us via email that you were having issues connecting to the WIFI. I was not checking my VRBO email at Christmas For an immediate response you should qqqqqqq have called my cell phone. However, when I did see your email the day after Christmas I responded by phone immediately but got VM most likely due to it being Christmas time. We work hard to provide a pleasant vacation experience to all our guest’s.

Great location, this property needs some attention. We tidied up the deck, cleaned the grill and did a couple of simple repairs to make our month long visit better. Charles was responsive to our requests as the grill propane tank empty, old water filter in fridge, there was a lack of hangers and glassware. Main Tv was.a problem to connect to dish, deck furnishings need to be replaced.

Wonderful place near the beach!

We (10 ladies over 20 years old) really enjoyed our stay here! It was clean, and the owner was responsive, including with regard to the two minor technical difficulties we encountered there. There are four lovely bedrooms, each with a TV and bathroom (the 3 upstairs bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms). Only the master bedroom (upstairs) has enough floor space for air mattresses, but we fit 3 twin air mattresses (1 provided at the property) in there so five adults could sleep in there. The garage is two car lengths deep, and the property is a 20-minute walk from the beach. We recommend this rental, and we are considering renting it again in years to come!
