This was a great place to spend the summer in Portland. The condo is well equipped, quiet has a nice view.
But let me tell you about the location! the street car is just across the street, Portland’s famous Framers Market 5 blocks away and the Willamette river 3 blocks away. You can walk everywhere! There’s restaurants, grocery stores, coffee houses, you name it!
Nadia, the hostess was super responsive whenever I had a question or issue. I highly recommend this place.
Nadia was a great host who made the check-in process very easy and was quick to respond any time I had a question. The unit itself was great too. Clean and comfortable, with everything you need for a longer term stay. The included parking space was ideal, and a location downtown made getting around super convenient.
My partner and I had a great time staying in Nadia's condo. We stayed for one month, and I worked from home during our stay.
- Great view of the ridge line from the 21st floor
- Nadia was very responsive and accommodating
- Condo was clean and had everything we needed
- Great shower
- Secure, garage parking (and it's a big spot)
- Access to ebikes, and electric scooters
- Condo is near Oregon State University, the river walk, great food trucks, and the neighborhood felt safe
I would highly recommend staying here!

Perfect Location to Experience Portland Without Car
This condo unit's location is perfect for getting around Portland with out a car- if you have one even easier. Steps from the building's front door are the street cars which will connect you to Portland's other modes of transportation.
The condo itself is modern, clean, comfortable, and well appointment with everything you need for your home away from home. The host Nadia was so welcoming and helpful any you need, ask,
Eateries dot the neighborhood so you will be well fed. If you decide to make a meal, the kitchen has all of the necessities although bring your own spices. A few blocks east is the Saturday Food Market at Portland State. Its impressive with blocks of farm to table food,
Note, there is a building being raised right outside the condo's balcony but with the double pane windows and the location, the occasional daytime muffle of noise below the 21st floor was such a minor point. I would highly recommend staying here, its a terrific pied-a-terre!
