Luxury Penthouse Condo steps to the beach and town

Brand new, high end penthouse condo just 3 blocks to the beach and 3 blocks to the plaza. This is THE best location in town to be close to it all, yet just far enough to have peace and quiet in the evenings. This place is the PERFECT setup for traveling with a family (Take it from us- we have 5 kids!) with 3 huge bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. From both floors there are sweeping views of the jungle and the town. There is no better place to enjoy a Sayulita getaway.

You will have a personal concierge, Jonathan, who is a Sayulita local. He knows everything about the town and will assist you with anything you need, day or night!

We are a short, 3 block walk to the beach and to the plaza. Right below the penthouse is Yah Yah cafe, which is a great place for breakfast and coffee (North American style).

Within 2 blocks you’ll be surrounded by restaurants and shops and all of the great things that Sayulita has to offer.

The street is quiet yet you are close to everything.

You can walk everywhere from our place, but our favorite way to get around is by golf cart.

Your personal concierge, Jonathan, can get it all set up for you before you even arrive if you’d like. Or if you decide you want one while you are here, he can get it delivered to you personally.
