Beautiful 3 room apartment of 65 m² with all comfort, dress up (May 2019) air conditioning, and double glazing, high ceilings, living room / dining room. 2 bedrooms, fully equipped kitchen, walk-in shower, WIFI, 3 televisions. An additional 80 € in cash or French check will be requested upon arrival, a package which includes sheets, linens, beach towels, necessities, end of stay cleaning. Entrance 4h / 20h. Arrivals after 9 p.m. will be charged € 20. Departures 10am. In case of late arrival or departure, contact us SMS or email. Possibility to book a closed parking lot in front of the building for 10 € per day only on request. Non smoking apartment. Pets not allowed

A very nice stay

A lovely property in Nice -is a bit far from the main areas, but we just got the tram everywhere as the station was behind the building. It is right across from the beach, which isn’t too busy as it out of the main area. We had a great time and Catherine and her son were very helpful.

Relaxing

Wonderful place to stay with my 3 older children. The train was very convenient for riding into old Nice and the access to the beach couldn’t be closer!
