The location of this apartment was brilliant on the street one back from the beach , the apartment building its self is very old and scruffy with big holes in the wall, the lift is very old as well didn’t feel safe , only went in it once. The apartment could do with a deep clean the shower doors need taking off and cleaning. There were a few cotton buds lying around from the last guests, aircon was really good , balcony could have done with a good clean and kick of paint , patio doors and windows had dirty finger prints on , the flat had not been cleaned to a high standard .

Nette kleine Wohnung

Die Wohnung hat eine gute Lage: nah zum Strand und direkt an der Fußgängerzone. Ist dadurch aber etwas lauter. Die Wohnung ist zweckmäßig eingerichtet und sauber und hat einen sehr großen, aber schmalen Balkon (4. Stock) zur Fußgängerzone. Das Schlafsofa war auf einer Seite etwas durchgelegen und nimmt im ausgeklappten Zustand relativ Platz ein. Ein Auf- und Zuklappen mit der Bettwäsche kommt aber nicht in Frage. Insgesamt ist die Wohnung ein wenig beengt, wie auch der vorhandene Fahrstuhl. Nichtsdestotrotz ist die Wohnung empfehlenswert insbesondere für jüngere Leute.

Очень приятная квартира, можно разместиться паре с ребенком. Есть раскладной диван и кресло. Кондиционер и балкон с видом на пешеходную улицу. Квартира на 4 этаже, не так шумно от машин и туристов, как везде в центре. Море в пешей доступности, практически через дорогу. Нам очень понравилось, в следующий раз будем бронировать через это агентство.

Bel appartement studio est plutôt agréable et lumineux, avec tout le nécessaire pour vivre "comme chez soi, pieds en ville, 2 minutes à pied de la plage les rues animées avec des bars, des restaurants et des boutiques intéressantes. 2 minutes à l´arrêt de tramway. Gute Wohnung mir einem sehr grossen Balkon! 😄

Ich habe meine Zeit in dieser Wohnung genossen und für eine Person reicht der Platz vollkommen. Der Standort der Wohnung ist ziemlich im Zentrum von Nizza und der Strand ist nur 3 Minuten entfernt.😍 Als ich die Kissen nicht gefunden habe, konnt ich per App eine Nachricht schreiben und nur eine Stunde später stand jemand vor meiner Tür, um mir zu helfen. Ich gebe der Wohnung nicht 5 Sterne, weil der Abfluss in der Dusche verstopft war. 😓

agréables prestations

Nous avons particulièrement apprécié l'immense balcon de 16mètres²(quand même!!!!!!) d'où la vue est incroyable ainsi que la promenade des anglais à quelques pas nous avons aimé séjourner au coeur de ce quartier animé le logement étant en étage élevé il est particulièrement calme Avec un bébé tout s'est bien déroulé ( terrasse à l'ombre tout l'après-midi et sécurisée) MERCI à la conciergerie qui nous a gentiment apporté des verres à vin car il n'y en avait pas L'équipe est très réactive , efficace et aux petits soins C'était notre 2ème séjour à Nice grâce à vous

The studio is very cosy, and sofa bed confortable. Kitchen and bathroom are clean. For me it's the best location, in the pedestrian street, close to the beach, shops, restaurants. The balcony is also very nice as there is a table and you can take your lunch on it.
