The location of this apartment was brilliant on the street one back from the beach , the apartment building its self is very old and scruffy with big holes in the wall, the lift is very old as well didn’t feel safe , only went in it once. The apartment could do with a deep clean the shower doors need taking off and cleaning. There were a few cotton buds lying around from the last guests, aircon was really good , balcony could have done with a good clean and kick of paint , patio doors and windows had dirty finger prints on , the flat had not been cleaned to a high standard .

Overall, we enjoyed the location of this apartment very much (including the lovely patisserie/boulanger downstairs). It is so perfectly situated directly on the pedestrian-only path portion of Rue de France. The good:1. The communication with the property management company, Nestor & Jeeves, was excellent. Our check-in process was extremely smooth and simple. And the key pick-up/drop-off location is a very short distance from the apartment.2. We used the driver service offered through the property management company and it was perfection. Our driver was so nice, extremely prompt, and it made getting to and from the airport a cinch.3. The apartment is perfectly located in Nice and has a lovely balcony that we sat on for coffee in the morning and wine at night. 4. The apartment has all the basics - not over the top, but the basics are definitely covered and the WiFi is great (I had Teams calls with the US).The not-so-good:1. The mattress is extremely uncomfortable and needs to be replaced. 2. The washing machine did not work (however, the owner must buy a new one and we received a little refund due to not having on-premise laundry - so the property management made it right for us.)We would definitely rent through Nestor & Jeeves again, but this apartment needs the bedding updated, which is my main reason for the overall 3-star review.

Nette kleine Wohnung

Great stay

The studio is very cosy, and sofa bed confortable. Kitchen and bathroom are clean. For me it's the best location, in the pedestrian street, close to the beach, shops, restaurants. The balcony is also very nice as there is a table and you can take your lunch on it.
